Instead of following the legally-binding New York State law to enact a plan that will reduce traffic, fund transit improvements, and make our air cleaner, @GovKathyHochul is now spending taxpayer dollars defending her decision to break it. We look forward to transit riders’ and clean air advocates’ day in court, where we are confident that the judge will deny the Governor's motion to dismiss.
