UPDATE (July 27, 7:15 a.m.): The Trans-Canada Highway remains closed in both directions west of the Chapel Arm exit as a result of an earlier motor vehicle collision. A detour is available using Route 201, however, motorists are asked to drive with caution and expect delays.
Please follow all directions from police and other emergency responders.
