We've launched our report - State of the CLT Sector 2023 - with @michaelgove and @danny__kruger. We need industry to partner with communities, and govt to deliver reforms to planning & housing finance, to make community ownership and agency commonplace.

Investing in the right local enabling support is important to the housing ecosystem. We need to build on this and invest in some long term funding strategies.
When you invest in the enabling support for #CommunityLedHousing, the numbers of planned homes increases. Hubs funded through the programme had 160 more homes in their pipeline at year 3 than we otherwise would have expected

So pleased that Guy Bailey has been honoured for his work in founding United Housing Association (as well as a leading role in bus boycott). It was great to work with him and United in its early days when at @natfednews
Forging an anti racist landscape. It's still not there! Panel talk about exec boards, anti racism pledges, services, exploitation, modern slavery. #weneedtolisten #homesnothouses sharpledge.org/

We're leading the way but crucially we need more investment and support A great piece on the groups we have supported and the wins and the challenges going forward. CLH needs more land and funding and finance! #whereischf @bristoclt @BristolCouncil

Infuriating and unbelievable. We need to find a way out of this cycle for the sake of our sector. #howmanyhousingministersistoomany
The 6th housing minister within a year.
It is impossible for us to get any decisions out of government with such frequent reshuffles.
The consequence? 100s of #communityledhousing groups unable to progress affordable homes for lack of funding.
Infuriating.

A brilliant community engagement event today hosted by @BristolSomaliRC facilitated by @clhwest and @BlackSWNet This is how we need to engage with our communities about homes and community spaces. How can we do more of this, when it comes to development and regeneration? – at Bristol, England
