It’s disappointing to have to say this, but @CBSNews, this is a serious failure of editorial reporting. I clearly state in this clip that while I have not personally been to Cuba, I have spoken with Cubans who have described it as a dictatorship, and I believe them. To claim I declined to answer the question is categorically false. That is not journalism. It is misinformation.

This is notable because one of the reasons why the Brazilian Supreme Court extended voting hours yesterday was reports that public transport options were deliberately cut back in some cities, to make it harder for Lula supporters to vote. 1/2 (link next post)

Did a light hike today in the Jura mountains, ~ 30 km from #Geneve, and saw some fall color. Of course not as brilliant as the U.S. Northeast, I believe these trees are similar to aspens in places like Colorado. Might have looked more vibrant if it was sunny. #Wandern #Schweiz 🇨🇭
