తెలంగాణ విద్యుత్ రంగంలో జరుగుతున్న విప్లవాత్మక మార్పులను ప్రజలకు చేరవేసేందుకే పవర్ ఎగ్జిబిషన్ – టీజీఎస్పీడీసీఎల్ సీఎండీ జితేష్ వి. పాటిల్, ఐఏఎస్ హైదరాబాద్, ఆగస్టు 20, 2026: తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ అనుముల రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మరియు ఆర్థిక, ప్రణాళిక, ఇంధన శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారు, ఇంధన శాఖ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ నవీన్ మిట్టల్ గారి మార్గదర్శకత్వంలో రాష్ట్ర విద్యుత్ రంగంలో జరుగుతున్న సాంకేతిక, పరిపాలనా మరియు వినియోగదారుల సేవల విప్లవాత్మక మార్పులను ప్రజలకు ప్రత్యక్షంగా పరిచయం చేయడమే “TGSPDCL Power Exhibition–2026” ప్రధాన ఉద్దేశమని టీజీఎస్పీడీసీఎల్ సీఎండీ శ్రీ జితేష్ వి. పాటిల్, ఐఏఎస్ తెలిపారు. ఈ నెల 22, 23, 24 తేదీలలో హైదరాబాద్ నెక్లెస్ రోడ్‌లోని పీపుల్స్ ప్లాజాలో నిర్వహించనున్న మూడు రోజుల పవర్ ఎగ్జిబిషన్‌లో తెలంగాణ విద్యుత్ రంగం గత దశాబ్దంలో సాధించిన ప్రగతి, ప్రస్తుతం అమలు చేస్తున్న ఆధునిక సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాలు, భవిష్యత్ ప్రణాళికలను ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులో ఉంచనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ప్రస్తుతం విద్యుత్ పంపిణీ వ్యవస్థను మరింత స్మార్ట్, విశ్వసనీయ, ప్రతిస్పందనాత్మకంగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు సంస్థ చేపడుతున్న SCADA విస్తరణ, FLISR వ్యవస్థ, స్మార్ట్ మీటరింగ్, ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ ఆధారిత సేవలు, డిజిటల్ నెట్‌వర్క్ మ్యాపింగ్, వినియోగదారుల సేవల ఆధునీకరణ వంటి అంశాలను ఎగ్జిబిషన్‌లో ప్రదర్శించనున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. విద్యుత్ సరఫరాలో ఎక్కడైనా అంతరాయం ఏర్పడితే వెంటనే గుర్తించి స్పందించేందుకు రూపొందించిన ఆధునిక వ్యవస్థలు, పవర్ అంబులెన్స్ సేవలు, ఫాల్ట్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్ సిస్టమ్స్, రియల్ టైమ్ మానిటరింగ్ విధానాలు ప్రజలకు ప్రత్యక్షంగా చూపించనున్నట్లు చెప్పారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా చేపట్టిన నెట్‌వర్క్ మ్యాపింగ్ కార్యక్రమం ద్వారా ఏ ఫీడర్‌పై ఏ ట్రాన్స్‌ఫార్మర్ ఉందో, ఆ ట్రాన్స్‌ఫార్మర్ పరిధిలో ఏయే వినియోగదారులు ఉన్నారో ఖచ్చితంగా గుర్తించే సాంకేతిక వ్యవస్థను అభివృద్ధి చేశామని తెలిపారు. దీనివల్ల ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కార సమయం గణనీయంగా తగ్గడంతో పాటు సేవల నాణ్యత మరింత మెరుగుపడిందన్నారు. విద్యుత్ అంతరాయాలను కేవలం పరిష్కరించడమే కాకుండా ముందుగానే గుర్తించి నివారించే ప్రివెంటివ్ మెయింటెనెన్స్ విధానాలను సంస్థ అమలు చేస్తోందని తెలిపారు. ప్రతి వారం విద్యుత్ అంతరాయాలపై విశ్లేషణ నిర్వహించి, భవిష్యత్తులో సమస్యలు తలెత్తకుండా ముందస్తు చర్యలు చేపడుతున్నామని వివరించారు. ఎగ్జిబిషన్‌లో 132 కేవీ సబ్‌స్టేషన్ మోడళ్లు, ట్రాన్స్‌ఫార్మర్ల నిర్మాణం, విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తి–ప్రసారం–పంపిణీ విధానం, గృహ వైరింగ్ భద్రత, విద్యుత్ ప్రమాదాల నివారణ, సోలార్ విద్యుత్, బ్యాటరీ ఎనర్జీ స్టోరేజ్ సిస్టమ్స్ (BESS), ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాల చార్జింగ్ సాంకేతికతలు వంటి అంశాలను ప్రత్యక్ష నమూనాలతో ప్రదర్శించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ముఖ్యంగా విద్యార్థులు, యువత విద్యుత్ రంగంలోని సాంకేతిక అంశాలను సులభంగా అర్థం చేసుకునేలా వర్కింగ్ మోడల్స్, ఇంటరాక్టివ్ డిస్ప్లేలు, సైన్స్ ఆధారిత ప్రదర్శనలు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. ఈ ప్రదర్శనలు భవిష్యత్‌లో విద్యుత్, ఇంధన రంగాలపై ఆసక్తి పెంచేందుకు దోహదపడతాయని పేర్కొన్నారు. అదేవిధంగా వినియోగదారులు విద్యుత్ సేవలపై ఉన్న సందేహాలను నేరుగా అధికారులను అడిగి తెలుసుకునే ప్రత్యేక కన్స్యూమర్ సర్వీస్ సెంటర్లు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. ప్రతి స్టాల్‌లో సంస్థ అధికారులు ప్రజలకు పూర్తి వివరాలు అందిస్తారని తెలిపారు. ప్రజలకు అవగాహన కల్పించేందుకు ఆధునిక లేజర్ షోలు, డిజిటల్ ప్రజెంటేషన్లు, సేఫ్టీ డెమోన్స్ట్రేషన్లు, సాంకేతిక ప్రదర్శనలు కూడా నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ఈ పవర్ ఎగ్జిబిషన్‌ను ఎలాంటి బాహ్య సంస్థల సహకారం లేకుండా పూర్తిగా టీజీఎస్పీడీసీఎల్ అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది స్వయంగా రూపకల్పన చేసి నిర్వహిస్తున్నారని సీఎండీ తెలిపారు. విద్యుత్ రంగంలో తెలంగాణ సాధించిన పురోగతిని ప్రజలకు చేరవేసి, వినియోగదారులు మరియు విద్యుత్ సంస్థల మధ్య మరింత అనుబంధాన్ని పెంపొందించడం ఈ కార్యక్రమం ప్రధాన లక్ష్యమన్నారు. హైదరాబాద్‌తో పాటు రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని ప్రాంతాల ప్రజలు, విద్యార్థులు, ఇంజినీరింగ్ విద్యార్థులు, పరిశోధకులు, కుటుంబ సభ్యులు ఈ ఎగ్జిబిషన్‌ను సందర్శించి విద్యుత్ రంగంలోని ఆధునిక పరిణామాలను తెలుసుకోవాలని సీఎండీ శ్రీ జితేష్ వి. పాటిల్ ఆహ్వానించారు. @TelanganaCMO @Bhatti_Mallu @cmdtgspdcl @revanth_anumula @IPRTelangana

Special Measures for Monsoon Preparedness Launch of “Poles & Lines Special Drive” and “Walk Along The Line” Programme Every Employee Must Participate in Monitoring the Power Distribution Network – CMD The Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of TGSPDCL, Mr. Jitesh V. Patil, today conducted a teleconference with Directors, Chief Engineers (CEs), Superintending Engineers (SEs), Divisional Engineers (DEs) and other senior officials to review monsoon preparedness measures and the operational readiness of the power distribution network. During the meeting, the CMD emphasized the need for strengthening the power distribution system and ensuring quality and uninterrupted power supply to consumers. As part of this initiative, he directed the implementation of an innovative programme titled “Walk Along The Line.” Under this programme, all employees of TGSPDCL, from Artisan level to CMD level, will participate in field inspections every month from the 10th to the 20th, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Employees will walk along power lines in their respective jurisdictions to identify network deficiencies and initiate corrective measures. The CMD stated that every employee should have a thorough understanding of the electrical network under their jurisdiction. Early identification and rectification of field-level issues will help reduce power interruptions and improve consumer service. He further instructed all officers and employees to strictly adhere to safety standards while maintaining close interaction with consumers and ensuring the successful implementation of the programme. The CMD expressed confidence that the initiative would significantly strengthen the power distribution network, improve service quality, and enhance consumer satisfaction. As part of monsoon preparedness, TGSPDCL has also launched a large-scale “Poles & Lines Special Drive” across its operational areas. Detailed instructions have been issued by the Chief Engineer (Operation & Maintenance) with the approval of the CMD. The drive will cover inspections of 33 KV Substations, 33 KV and 11 KV feeders, Distribution Transformers (DTRs), and LT networks across all circles under the Core Urban Region Economy (CURE) area. Major Activities Under the Special Drive * Identification and rectification of damaged and bent electricity poles. * Identification and correction of loose, sagging, or hanging conductors. * Inspection and replacement of damaged insulators and conductors. * Recording all works with GIS coordinates and capturing before-and-after photographs. * Inspection of transformers, transformer structures, fuses, clamps, and other network equipment. * Identification of maintenance requirements and immediate corrective actions. * Direct interaction with consumers to understand and resolve their concerns. * Collection of field-level inputs for network strengthening and reliability improvement. Feeder Maintenance and Tree Trimming Programme To prevent power interruptions during the monsoon season, a special feeder maintenance and tree trimming programme will be undertaken for two weeks. Priority will be given to feeders with high interruption rates. The programme will be carried out in coordination with local civic authorities to ensure timely removal and disposal of tree branches. Modern Equipment for Field Staff To improve safety and efficiency, TGSPDCL is procuring and deploying: * Bucket ladder cranes * Chain saws * Pole pruners * Safety helmets * Torch lights * Voltage detectors * High-quality raincoats * Special field uniforms These measures are aimed at enhancing field preparedness and ensuring rapid response during adverse weather conditions. Consumer Awareness and Safety Communication TGSPDCL will undertake extensive awareness campaigns to educate consumers on electrical safety and available service channels, including: * Helpline Number – 1912 * TGSPDCL WhatsApp Number * TGSPDCL Mobile App * Circle and Section Control Room Contact Numbers Safety awareness stickers and information boards will be displayed at schools, parks, public places, and other prominent locations.
