Well everything good doesn't last forever I guess.
This was a big part of me staying with codex so now that is gone I might go back to Claude for a while
The rise of AI usage costs is inevitable. They spend 8 dollars on every dollar they earn. This can’t keep going on like this forever.
I think we will expect a 5-10x raise of AI-prices within the next 2 years
Depends on the niche. I've done this thing for Sober Tracker; my revenue tanked. This experiment is one of the reasons my growth is less than in previous months.
The second one was a price experiment with lifetimes.
The #1 mistake I see EVERY new app builder make is offering a free trial.
Pure garbage. Enjoy the billing errors, immediate cancellations, and refund requests.
Convinced anyone that has "success" with them could A/B test no-free trial and would see ARPU double or triple. MINIMUM.

Maybe it's known issue but why does the codex app take so much ram?
Mine is currently sitting at 36GB and more than half of that is swap because I only have 16GB
Anyone has a fix for this or should I just ask codex to fix codex

Startup idea 💡
Real iPhones as a service for AI agents.
Most services today offer iPhone simulators, but they have major limitations. For example, you can’t install apps from the App Store.
Imagine giving an AI agent access to a real iPhone so it can use any app, just like a human.
Essentially, an iPhone in the cloud that your agent can control
If you have an LLC, just sign up as an organization and you skip the testers completely
Same $25 fee, and you go straight to production review. No begging 12 people to keep your app installed for 14 days
