This week's Conker competition has been full of skill, determination & fair play. All the children taking part were fantastic, ably supported by our Yr 6 Sports Leaders. Finals will be on Mon with finalists competing to be the champion of their respective classes, Dahl & Rowling.

3B had a fun morning at Forest School yesterday. They learnt to put up a simple shelter using their knot skills, dug in the new mud pit and used palm drills to make conker necklaces.

This Horse Chestnut is always the first to sprout it’s leaves and the first to fall 🍁 it’s 22yrs old, growing in a pot, collected as a sprouting conker by my two eldest daughters the year my youngest daughter was born. Autumn isn’t the end, it’s the start of new beginnings 🍂
