I’m pretty sure it’s Skeggy. ‘Professor’ Frank C. Gadsby and his ‘intrepid young son “Dare-devil Leslie” performed there during the 1926 and 1927 seasons. – at Lelant, England

Fantastic image! It's 1930s and Southport pleasureland was already well-established by then so my hunch is it's a new park at a smaller resort. Gadsby performed a lot at Skegness but it doesn't feel right for the amusements there. Still thinking...

We're trying to clarify the history of the "Curling Shed" at Ochlochy Pond (and the curling equipment it contained) which now sits within the fence of Craigewan on the Glen Road, Dunblane.
Does anyone have any information? #curlinglegacy
Born in Penzance OTD in 1850, the mercurial Dolphy Mitchell, the world champion Cornwall never had. In his heyday thousands used to line the promenade just to watch him practice. A great swimmer and a true Cornishman. Proud to remember you Dolphy. – at Lelant, England

ENYS MEN: by far the best in show thusfar. It’s giving the creeping psycho-bio terror of REPULSION, the zany isolation of THE LIGHTHOUSE, the folksy weird-outs of WICKER MAN. So refreshing to have a new British filmmaker with a daring, maximalist visual perspective.

Enys Men by @Mark_Jenkin really is head-spinning fare - The Haunting of Hill House reimagined
by the ghost of Nic Roeg as a Stone-Taped island of lost souls; past, present&future interwined in crisscrossing temporal/cinematic Cornish mineshafts. Oh and @WoodvineMary is brilliant.
