So ... they are banning in a video game something that is perfectly fine in real life?

I am bringing back my OC, Haze, as a French spokesperson to explain how... well, nothing changes and tax money is still spent in the worst way possible.

I was upset with my hand drawing of Kate from Ace Combat 8, not really able to get her right. While doing it by hand makes me relax more, the advantage of Digital, is being able to zoom in, do a billion changes without damaging the paper... and all the tools available.

yes, here is the AI answer to your question, so again, if you are not bringing fact, I am done arguing. if car A and B are driving at 80 mph, with approriate safety distance. If car A descellerate (not brake) to 60, does car B needs to break to keep safety distance? Yes, Car B must definitely brake, and its driver needs to react within 1.5 to 2.5 seconds to avoid closing the gap hazardously or risking a rear-end collision.🛑 Why Car B Must BrakeIf Car A slows down from 80 mph to 60 mph, it is actively shedding speed. If Car B simply lets off the gas pedal (coasts) without braking, Car B will continue moving forward at 80 mph for a significant period. Because Car B is moving 20 mph faster than Car A during this transition, Car B will rapidly eat up the safe following distance and crash into the back of Car A unless brakes are applied to match the deceleration.

AI actually gots it: what about car C and D and E, can it create a jam in the end? Yes, this exact scenario can easily create a traffic jam, often referred to by traffic physicists as a "phantom traffic jam," shockwave, or accordion effect. Even if Car A only lifts off the gas pedal without braking, the chain reaction down the line through Cars C, D, and E can cause traffic miles behind them to come to a complete standstill.📉 The Chain Reaction (The Accordion Effect) The jam happens because of human reaction time delays and over-braking. Here is how it plays out step-by-step: Car A gently lifts off the gas to slow from 80 mph to 60 mph. Car B notices the gap closing, reacts, and applies gentle brakes to lower the speed and maintain the gap. Car C sees Car B's brake lights. Because of human perception delay (1.5 to 2 seconds), Car C has less time to react. To compensate for the shrinking gap, Car C brakes slightly harder than Car B, dropping to 55 mph. Car D sees Car C’s sudden brake lights, panics slightly due to the compressed distance, and brakes even harder, dropping to 45 mph. Car E experiences the full brunt of the shockwave. Seeing a wall of brake lights closing in fast, Car E is forced to slam on the brakes, dropping to 20 mph or coming to a complete stop.🚗

Another #lanterns another accumulation of bad writing. So Hal Jordan went in jail for the crime of .... not being a good superhero? knowing that the judge never recognized that status. And he is hated by the townfalk but Stewart, who killed their messia and benefactor is not? Or is "taken the fall" means that Stewart lied and said Hal killed the manhunter? meaning that he went to jail because ... he killed a vilain?

Why is there posts about Pangram almost every day? And why is there so much criticism to people who don't like it? Pangram is a STATISTICAL model, meaning it will be wrong at least some of the time. That is just a fact. It is basically like a weather forecast. Pangram is also a business. They make money by selling their "detector", so they will naturally claim excellent results and rally people to support them. Remember that Snake Oil salesmen always paid accomplicies "I used it and it's a miracle!" The critics are not the one that may be manipulating you. The question is not even about if it will make mistakes, because the answer is yes. The question is how often. Knowing that it can make mistakes, it will likely have a bias, and some people with some writting style, will be more incorrectly flagged than others.

Let me introduce you to my “indie game”: a mix of OutRun, Star Wars, and a few other things that I’ll try to include in it (a story too!). I usually don't like to share work in progress, but after seeing posts about “one-shot games made using Fable,” I felt like I had to show the project I have been working on for the past few weeks (months?), to try to show that it predates those. It took me a long time to choose a game engine. I opted for Godot because it felt like the easiest/less scary option. I have nothing against Fable. Maybe when it becomes less expensive, combining it with what I’ve learned could help me make something even better. There is still a lot of work to do, so much that it’s almost scary, but if you have a little love and support to share, I’ll gladly take it! Otherwise, I’ll just keep doing something I enjoy... most of the time, at least, when I’m not pulling my hair out trying to get from “How do I do that?” to “Oh, that’s how!” But at least I can play the game every time I am stuck to "relax" a bit ....
