My gold fractal: markets crash, gold doesn't get phased but instead pumps. dotcom to GFC was a gold bull, then after GFC was another leg up. After time based correction we are here again. Ready for a market crash and another wave of gold up only. SPX below

Good evening.
The market sometimes has a funny way of dismissing long-term conviction and reacting to short-term price action instead. If you believe that governments will swiftly and miraculously solve long-term debt and deficit issues, then by all means, sell the assets that protect you against the alternative. I personally do not believe they will solve any of it and that they will continue to paper over the problems with expanded liquidity and debt instead. And so, my conviction remains.
Have a great night.

A new book says Gulf royals routed at least $2 billion to Trump's son-in-law through a bank in Azerbaijan. The only ones who noticed were Dutch spies inside his iPhone.

BREAKING: Jared Kushner’s hacked iPhone revealed that Kushner promised MBS and MBZ he would push their agenda with Trump if they participated in a secret fund, with the two royals initially discussing over $10 billion before ultimately placing at least $2 billion into accounts for him, according to a Vanity Fair excerpt from Princes and Thieves.
The revelation lands as Kushner remains deeply involved in Iran war diplomacy, while Tehran has separately accused him and Steve Witkoff of pocketing $9 billion through market manipulation.

Rather than turning mercury into tiny amounts of gold at an absurd cost, maybe we should develop technology that turns politicians into people who can balance a fiscal budget.
Last month, we demonstrated high-rate alchemy: turning mercury into real, stable gold, beating CERN’s record by a factor of 10.
Last week, we enriched isotopes in the world’s most powerful plasma centrifuge, beating the Soviet record that stood for 40 years.
Now, we’re building a fusion reactor in San Francisco to achieve record power density.

Investors are concerned about a slowdown in AI capex as borrowing to finance the buildout becomes more expensive and scarce. Gold and gold miners are down too, but since AI capex is all that's keeping GDP positive, the impending recession is very bullish for gold and the miners.
Funny timing on this “news” right at market cycle lows for gold, someone wants full capitulation and forced selling to accumulate
So, as I understand it, to match JUST ONE YEAR of EXISTING global gold mining, they’d need roughly 735 gigawatt-scale fusion power plants…
(Not one of which has ever been built 😂)
And that’s assuming each produces 5 tonnes of gold annually… using highly enriched mercury-198, which makes up just 10% of natural mercury…
Good luck, guys 😂

Seattle’s 901 Fifth Avenue just sold for $48.3 million, down 84% from its 2019 price of $305 million. Its assessed value has already collapsed, and if reassessed near the sale price, its annual property tax bill could fall another $700,000 to $830,000 at current rates. Downtown Seattle offices have collectively lost roughly $15 billion in value since 2020.
Now multiply this across major American cities. As commercial property valuations collapse, municipalities face a shrinking tax base while their pension obligations, debt payments and operating expenses remain. Depending on local tax laws, the burden increasingly shifts toward homeowners and other properties, or governments face pressure to raise taxes, cut services and borrow more. The real danger is a prolonged municipal fiscal squeeze that unfolds years after the commercial real estate losses begin.

If the elite are trying to give you money, things are about to get REALLY bad.
Even if its mainly a philanthropic slush fund for tax evasion and cultural engineering, the fact that they’re pumping UBI light means the violence and desperation thats anticipated will be so bad that they need to part with some of their money.
We’re committing a portion of Anthropic’s shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, a new wholly owned entity dedicated entirely to the public benefit.
It will start off with 5% of our shares. For every 50% increase in the company’s value over a set baseline, we can contribute up to an extra 2%, subject to our board’s discretion.
In total, this means that roughly 20% of Anthropic’s shares are committed to the public good. Our co-founders have already pledged to donate 80% of their equity, and around half our employees are donating a portion of their equity as part of a donation matching program we’ve run since our founding.
In the post below, we share more details about our new fund.
