Kokoomuksen @OttoMeri julkaisi ammattikouluun päässeiden nimilistoja. Esitti ongelmallisena, että nimistä valtaosa oli vierasperäisiä. Mies on tohtori. Eli silkkaa typeryyttä tämä ei ole. Mitä sitten? Äärioikeiston vetovoimaa? Omaa etua ajavaa välineellistettyä rasismia? Mitä?
My reason to say "told you so" would be that next time they'd listen to me and we'd avoid the mistake.
But they won't. 🤷♀️
Also, saying "told you so" is apparently just self-righteous, because how can there be any other motivation to say so, like hmm avoiding the next mistake.

Many autistic people are told that they have social anxiety, but what they really have is a rational and legitimate fear of being treated badly by others, who may neglect their needs or judge them for their differences both of which have happened to them a million times before.

Nobody ever explained that since the “Misses social cues” diagnostic criterion is from an external observer’s perspective, whether you truly did miss a social cue OR you caught the cue but chose to ignore it because you thought it’s silly… is a distinction without a difference.
