I can't finish the article because my brain read "automated PIAs" and glitched. You cannot?? Automate these??? They are not remotely automatable??? That defeats the purpose of the PIA????? iapp.org/news/a/automation-i…

No pues asi no se puede @VivaAerobus 2 horas y mas de 15 llamadas y no hay forma de llegar con un agente para hacer un cambio. Te cuelga . En linea no me da la opción y el agente que según manda el bot de Whatsapp tampoco llega . nadie contesta. #pesimoservicio
