Scottie update! He’s still the most scared, shut down pup our foster has ever seen💔 Progress is measured in very tiny improvements. No tail wags yet. Doesn’t like to leave the rug. His neck wound is healing but his spirit is taking longer. Time, love & patience. Will get there!
