$NVO Novo Nordisk had a recent -16% pullback after the largest 3 month buying volume in company history after a bullish er. The stock is now trading around its 2021 price and is down approximately 12% over the last 5 years, while $LLY is up 344%. This is the same general price area Novo traded at before the stock rallied more than 240%. Despite being widely viewed as the two dominant companies in the GLP-1 market, Eli Lilly is currently valued at approximately 5.5x Novo Nordisk's market capitalization. After updating my comparison across 9 of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, I still can't believe how many key metrics Novo Nordisk ranks #1 in. If oral GLP-1 adoption continues accelerating globally, I believe the market may be significantly underestimating Novo's long-term earnings power. Novo Nordisk ranks #1 out of 9 in • #1 Highest ROIC 45.29% • #1 Highest Pretax Margin 47.52% • #1 Highest Net Margin 37.23% • #1 Lowest P/E 10.45x • #1 Lowest P/S 3.87x • #1 Lowest P/CF 12.84x • #1 Lowest EV/Revenue 4.50x • #1 Lowest EV/EBIT 9.89x • #1 Lowest EV/EBITDA 8.64x • #1 Highest CapEx $13.51B • #1 Upside to 52 Week High 44% • #1 Global GLP-1 Market Share • #1 Oral GLP-1 Launch Trajectory • #1 Weekly Oral GLP-1 Prescription Growth • #1 GLP-1 Prescription Scale • #1 GLP-1 Brand Mindshare • #1 Diabetes GLP-1 Franchise Novo Nordisk ranks #2 behind Eli Lilly in • #2 Highest Operating Margin 45.45% (LLY 47.30%) • #2 Highest ROA 24.14% (LLY 24.54%) • #2 Highest Revenue Growth 16.79% (LLY 47.44%) • #2 Lowest PEG 0.39 (LLY 0.31) Despite ranking #1 or #2 across nearly every metric I value most, Novo Nordisk trades at the cheapest valuation multiples among these 9 pharmaceutical companies. 5-Year Performance NVO -12% LLY +344% That performance gap is remarkable. Lilly has been one of the greatest pharmaceutical investments in history and deserves a premium. However, today's valuation gap between these two companies is one of the widest I've seen between businesses competing in the same long-term therapeutic market. Novo is producing industry-leading profitability while trading at valuation multiples typically associated with mature, slow-growth companies. One of the biggest reasons I'm bullish is oral GLP-1s. In 2024, GLP-1s demonstrated enormous demand, but injections remain a hurdle for many patients. Millions of people who may never choose a weekly injection could be willing to take a daily pill if it helps them lose weight, improve diabetes outcomes, and reduce cardiovascular risk. Early prescription trends for oral Wegovy have been encouraging, and competitors continue investing heavily in obesity assets, reinforcing how valuable they believe this market can become. If oral GLP-1 adoption continues scaling globally, I believe this could become one of the largest recurring healthcare markets in history. With today's geopolitical uncertainty, I continue to favor companies with exceptional free cash flow, elite returns on invested capital, industry-leading margins, and valuations that already reflect significant pessimism. I've been buying shares and options over the last day, and Novo Nordisk has become one of the largest positions in my other Deep Value Fund. If I had to hold one healthcare stock through a bear market today, Novo Nordisk would still be my pick. This post will probably get like 10 likes and like most will only get coverage when the stock is up 100% + , people will say why didn't I see this before... Same with $DK $UNH $LEU $TGT $WEN $CNC $OSCR the last year in relation to value thesis stocks I bought and did DD on. lol

$UNH Healthcare & United Health Group based on historical seasonality has made me even more bullish than I have been the last few months. Looking at the last 20 years, healthcare has generally performed well from July through December during midterm election years like this year. Of the last five midterm years, four occurred during bull markets or bull market recoveries, while 2022 was the only true bear midterm market. UNH has historically been a leader in the healthcare sector, & if the S&P 500 rolls over into a bear market at any point, my base case is that UNH could outperform from here as investors rotate into defensive sectors. My bull case stands if my fundamental thesis continues, MCR% drops from AI & GLP1 use & institutions aggressively rotate back into healthcare for safety. Either way, I believe UNH & the healthcare sector have a good chance to outperform during broader market weakness. The war has made everything more volatile. Just my opinion, not financial advice. $WEN If the real Roaring Kitty went bullish Wendy's it might be a mini Gamestop squeeze overnight. $GME Gamestop in August 2020 was when I called the squeeze & crossed paths with @TheRoaringKitty for the first time, there are many similarities in the stocks but Wendy's has two billionaire activists not one, a similar locked up float over 100%,meme potential, yet Wendy's pays a large dividend, has free cash flow, not at risk for bankruptcy, recent change of leadership & is starting to become an international play. Wendy's is also back at its 1994 high valuation which I find crazy all because of a beef 75 year black swan event. Remember Gamestop took five months to squeeze & had many 20% down days on far less volume, It took over a month for it to double from August & that was on about 650 million volume. The market cap in Wendy's is about 5x Gamestop late August 2020 as the squeeze was starting. Bullish but it will take some time.
$WEN refused to die. After a monster rip, shorts needed the chart to give it all back. It didn’t. Tomorrow market opens and we find out: Was that the squeeze? Or just the first order at the drive-thru?

$WEN Wendy's mini thesis, before the squeeze I was long. WEN ranks #1 or near #1 out of the top 20 Restaurant companies. It is trading near its lowest valuation in decades, it was this valuation in 1994, while posting the highest monthly trading volume in its history. I still can't believe how many key data points it ranks near the top in versus the top 20 restaurant companies despite trading at one of the lowest valuations in the entire industry. While the market focuses on compressed margins, U.S. revenue has continued growing over the last several years and international revenue has expanded significantly. The business itself has not stopped growing, profitability has simply been pressured by historically high beef costs. International revenue has nearly tripled since 2019. Global Real Estate & Development revenue remains stable around $240M annually. The business continues generating diversified revenue from franchising, royalties, international operations and owned restaurants. I believe the market is pricing Wendy's as if today's record beef costs are permanent. If cattle inventories recover over the next 12-24 months, margin expansion combined with continued buybacks, AI cost cutting, dividends & free cash flow could create a major re-rating. WEN ranks 1st 1st Highest Dividend Yield 7.18% 1st Lowest P/E 10.06 1st Lowest Price/Sales 0.64 1st Lowest Price/Cash 3.33 1st Lowest Price/Cash Flow 4.67 1st Lowest Price/Free Cash Flow 6.70 1st Lowest EV/EBITDA 10.50 1st Smallest Market Cap $1.49B among major U.S. restaurant peers 1st in 5 & 10 year performance -66% 10 year -18% 1st Highest Monthly Trading Volume in Company History WEN also ranks near the top Top EV/Revenue 2.35 Top EV/EBIT 16.35 Top ROE 121% Top Free Cash Flow Margin 10.14% Top Operating Margin 14.37% Top Gross Margin 26.10% 23 Consecutive Years Paying A Dividend Meanwhile many restaurant peers trade at substantially higher valuations. MCD 22.2x P/E 6.88x Price/Sales 16.5x EV/EBITDA QSR 29.6x P/E 3.51x Price/Sales 17.3x EV/EBITDA CMG 30.5x P/E 3.46x Price/Sales 20.5x EV/EBITDA SBUX 79.8x P/E 3.07x Price/Sales 27.1x EV/EBITDA While Wendy's trades at 10.1x P/E 0.64x Price/Sales 10.5x EV/EBITDA Unlike many deeply discounted companies, Wendy's continues generating free cash flow, pays a 7%+ dividend, and has two billionaire activist investors involved, Peltz with a 13D & previously took WEN private at nearly double the valuation during the last GFC. Prem Watsa the recent buyer - Canadian Warren Buffett. More than 34% of the float remains sold short while approximately 120% of the float is effectively locked up creating a WSB squeeze potential. With the highest trading volume in the company's history, improving macro conditions, lower oil prices, easing inflation and potential future cattle cycle normalization, I believe Wendy's has one of the better risk versus reward setups in the restaurant sector today. I've continued adding shares, I have leaps too, it remains one of my most convicted positions across multiple portfolios. This is just my opinion and not financial advice. Give it a like & share. Been long since the $6 s the last few months.

$WEN Wendy's stock has had the highest weekly & monthly trading volume in its history. Nobody cared about my Wendy's thesis before the squeeze, and I'm sure most still don't lol. These usually get 1/100th the reach or likes. Yet I believe this could turn into a multi month move. With more than 33% of the float sold short, I think a lot of shorts could be forced to cover if momentum continues. Today's order flow continues to support that view. Retail volume was up roughly 130% versus its 30 day average during regular trading, professional volume was up 107%, institutional volume was up 95%, & premarket institutional activity surged more than 1,000% above normal, 13D holder? ;) This isn't just one group buying, the institution & shorts also used puts today $10M + to hold it back, likely because shares are getting harder to find & WSB has been buying 0DTE options helping fuel the coming squeeze. People think this is just a WSB meme P&D but it's not, this stock IMO should have never been trading at the current 1994 valuations that reflects a black swan event, the lowest U.S. cattle inventory in roughly 75 years & record beef prices where Wendys being never frozen U.S. Beef has seen the biggest reaction. Those conditions have compressed margins across the industry. If that reverses over time, recently- cheaper oil prices, EO's on U.S. Beef, Imports etc, I believe today's valuation could prove to be a golden swan opportunity. A lot of the resistance we've seen comes from investors who have been trapped during the stock's roughly 78% decline from its highs over the past five years. That kind of capitulation creates overhead supply, but eventually those sellers run out. With approximately 125% of the float effectively locked up & two billionaire activist investors involved, any updated 13D or additional accumulation could become a major catalyst. If that happens, I think the setup exists for a much larger squeeze & spark a mini $GME event. This record volume & option flow also gives activists like Nelson Peltz & Perm Watsa a recent buyer - Canadian Buffett, give them both a better opportunity to continue accumulating shares in an already tight float. Whether that ultimately leads to strategic changes, a larger stake, or a buyout remains to be seen, but I think the probability has increased. Peltz is interested & already took WEN private years ago. Wendy's is not the only restaurant stock that has been hit hard. $JACK is still down nearly 89% from its highs as well back in 2021. The difference, is that Wendy's continues to generate free cash flow, cost cutting & is not facing the type of bankruptcy concerns often associated with deeply depressed stocks $AMC etc . I still own my leaps & own Wen shares in my Safe value portfolio. As always if you like this research share & give it a like, I am sure this will get less than 10 people that care lol.

$WEN Wendys is looking squeezy! The record buying volume in Wendy's could also mean the 13D Billionaire Peltz might start to buy more in a 125% owned tight float, if he buys 2 million shares or more he will have to file an updated 13D within 2 business days each time. This could help the squeeze like Ryan Cohen did with $GME This volume is everything, half a billion nearly the last week, another half a billion the previous 2.5 months yet we are still at the 1994 valuations. Remember pre 2010 there were half a billion shares outstanding, now 171 million, this will be huge for the squeeze.

$UNH I believe United Health will have a $META moment & is extremely misunderstood. This is the my basic UNH Thesis for anyone who Missed my META YOLO thesis I posted here 3 years ago, it got like 23 upvotes lol & on Twitter like a few likes. Probably will be less this time. Technicals, Double bottom forming. Not as much institutional selling as before in the April May drop. Covid lows again. 1. The Setup UNH & META are two of the most talked about stocks on WSB right now. I posted a deep value thesis on META at $88 here in 2022. Everyone laughed, Now it's pushing $800+ Today, I see the same setup forming, but this time in UNH trading at Covid lows yet they make $100 billion more in REV now than in 2020 vs $22B FCF with covid Golden swan for them vs now- TTM $25B FCF. $26B+ with the following happening below. You find out life is just a game of inches, & the inches we need are everywhere around us ;). Every 0.5%-point drop in the medical cost ratio adds about $2 billion dollars profit, roughly 1.60 EPS. The 2026 premium reset aims for 1% to 1.5% points, worth $4 to $6 billion dollars profit around $3 to $5 EPS. A small inch in margin delivers a huge move in free cash flow for a future $500+ billion revenue engine. The drop was because of the Free Cash Flow revisions that may not even happen with the above and following thesis. 2. UNH was trading at $612 just 8 months ago. Now it's in the $250s. That is a 55%+ draw down in a company doing $25B+ in free cash flow. Blue chip stock, big Institutional ownership 90% of the float paying a good DIV and doing big buybacks . It is trading like a bankrupt stock on a sandbag outlook I think will never happen. In 2028 UNH is projected to bring in over $520 billion in revenue. This will make it third in the world for revenue vs currently ranked 6th. Just a small % .5% cost cutting prints billions in free cash flow. The higher rev goes the higher the FCF will be on cost cutting. AI is going to be a MAJOR golden swan for cost cutting at UNH & nobody sees it.... Also time to cut a big % of the 440,000 workers there, just like I said in my Meta thesis, Mark needed to trim the fat & uses AI as leverage. AI - A potential Golden Swan for UNH. From UNH Annual meeting. Use of AI- We use AI to cut through complexities and empower people with a smarter, more connected experience. We are making life easier for clinicians in two ways: Reducing administrative work, freeing up clinicians to apply their expertise with greater impact, and providing powerful insights to help clinicians better, more proactively manage their patients’ health journeys. We are eliminating points of tension by delivering real-time information, closing the gap between when patients or providers need answers and when they receive them. AI is an assistant to, not a substitute for, human judgements about clinical decisions. Yeah this is fine but they need to cut like 40k or more bloat they don't need. 3. The Fails To Deliver In May, UNH had a huge FTD spike, over $150M in unsettled trades. That is rare for a mega cap & got my attention. There's likely more building now, given the new drop. Insiders continued to buy though even with the litigation that happens with most companies including META. When management is buying the most they have in years on this last pullback in May this is bullish to me. 4. Along with the AI cost cuts, Fed rate cuts & UNH Rate rise Catalysts - There's a healthcare bill S.2556 introduced in the Senate with 46 cosponsors on Day 1. It would reverse Medicaid cuts & boost UNH margins & revenue by billions. No one is pricing that in & with the OCT 1st deadline coming DEMS have leverage on this & since all of them support this day 1 its likely what they want. 5. The Play for me, I am buying cheap leap calls into 2027 building a position like I did in META. Less about the shares for me this time. Still trying to get some cheap leaps. UNH trades near $250. One options contract controls $25,000+ worth of stock. Call volume has spiked. The last few days Puts spiked & market makers were selling to hedge with the EOD giving the biggest drops. Remember UNH Prints more FCF than META ever did at the bottom. Is down 60% a lot faster than METAs drop. Has policy tailwinds & management already has a plan to fix margins, basically raising the prices, The leaps here are a lot cheaper than my META leaps in 2022, I am going farther out into 2027 now too. UNH might be boring to the herd, but the setup screams to me a 2022 META play. Nobody Believes It, Same as META back then. Oversold. Hated, Ignored. But when sentiment turns this could re rate fast. TLDR: UNH is META in scrubs. They are cheaper than META was in 2022 at its lows, makes more REV & FCF than META did at the 2022 lows & has a lot of Catalysts that could re rate it overnight with a GAMMA tailwind. Lets see what happens.

$WEN Wendy's stock is looking good for the first time in the last decade most buying volume near early 2010 levels & I still think it could squeeze. I believe a buyout offer is likely coming from its previous owner Billionaire Nelson Peltz / Trian Fund looking to potentially take it private again, along with other large value investors now building positions. One of the notable buyers is Fairfax Financial, run by Billionaire Prem Watsa, often called “Canada’s Warren Buffett.” Fairfax has a long history of buying deeply undervalued companies and participating in acquisitions and take-private deals. This was my thesis before the news broke when I bought it a few weeks ago up 26% since & loaded it in my Deep Value fund as I have been watching it for the last six years. When it recently hit 2010 valuations I went in on it like I usually do. 110% owned by institutions or more now including Trian Fund, 34% or so of the float is short. I have been at the ground level of many short squeezes, $GME when it was $1 post split price search my posts. Usually those types of stocks don't pay a dividend or have free cash flow like Wendy's. Today in the blood red market Wendy's was up nearly 4%. In this market I think the stock needs a minimum of $16 buyout offer before the shorts squeeze it, more when they do. This won't end well for shorts. I know these posts won't get the likes because they aren't popular but screw it lol.

I was early GME at about $1 average in 2020 fyi, have had WEN leaps the last month+ the institutional ownership is 110% too including a large short position.

$UNH UnitedHealth will have its Meta moment. It is ALREADY FAR cheaper than $META was in 2022 at its lows. -UNH Free cash flow $25.3B vs META 2022: $19.3B -UNH Market Cap $202B vs META at $88: $ 245B -UNH Revenue $448B vs META $135B -UNH is ranked 6 in revenue in the world & soon 3 by late 2027 at $560B. -The phenomena of value torque as they eventually become third in the world for revenue. This is why buffet loves insurance companies. If people live longer, are more healthier MAHA, we could see massive FCF growth along with MCR cost cuts, if Trumps deal with Pharma works out this could be the Golden Swan UNH needed along with weight loss drugs for medicare & Medicaid. -Anyone making fun of people saying UNH reminds them of Meta should go back to October 2022. Who called the Meta bottom? Myself & @adamkhootrader who the other day said $UNH reminded him too of Meta. There is just as much hate UNH is getting similar to what Meta had. More people wanted Meta to fail. Billions of view videos calling on Metas downfall. -Like Meta all UNH needs is to tweak margins cut costs & with that much rev at 1% cost cuts it adds billions to Free cash flow. The recent war on Pharma from trump to lower costs is going to potentially turn the outlook back to what it was or better, this is one of the main reasons the stock is down. -This will have a META moment, its not Meta but i think long term its going to be just as good and will break $1000 in the next few years. Also United health has 90% institutional ownership, they are locked into the safety on the downside & dividend. They are indeed too big to fail, I hope it goes down more so I can finish my position I started yesterday into late 2027.

Meanwhile LLY trades at 39.5x P/E 14.9x EV/Revenue 31.4x EV/EBIT 29.6x EV/EBITDA While NVO trades at 10.1x P/E 4.3x EV/Revenue 9.4x EV/EBIT 8.2x EV/EBITDA GLP1's in 2024 showed that not many want to pin themselves with a needle, but millions of people will take a pill if it means losing weight, reducing cardiovascular risk, improving diabetes outcomes & changing their lives. One in eight adults already report currently using GLP-1 drugs & oral adoption is just getting started. Wegovy pill prescriptions have shown explosive early trajectory growth & are significantly outperforming insured prescription tracking data. Competitors are openly acknowledging the obesity market remains underpenetrated & are actively looking to acquire obesity assets. If oral GLP-1 adoption scales globally, this could become one of the largest recurring healthcare markets in history. The one potential black swan event or opportunity I see is the recent cybersecurity breach. While the market has largely shrugged it off so far, I take it seriously & so does the company. Novo Nordisk has confirmed unauthorized access to certain internal systems & is investigating the incident with external cybersecurity experts. The company has stated that core business operations remain unaffected. I'll continue watching the situation closely to see whether it ultimately becomes a black swan or a golden swan opportunity. If the breach were to create a major overreaction & send the stock toward new lows, similar to opportunities I've had in names like in the past, it could create a short window to aggressively add to my position before the market fully reprices the long-term fundamentals. With the geopolitical musical chairs, I feel confident in companies with heavy cash-free cash flow & that are trading near their 1 year lows. If I had to hold one stock through a bear market, this is still currently my pick. I've been buying shares the last month & it has become one of the largest positions in my Deep Value Fund.
