The need for @fade_labs is right here, right now.
No time to waste.
The coming weeks with @hackerhouses , @solana Breakpoint, Demo Day, and @colosseum will be crucial!
Stablecoins moved $482B in payments between January and September, 45% more than a year earlier.
Payments went on-chain. Rewards are next. The odds are public before you pay, the draw happens on-chain, and if you win, the money is in your wallet a few seconds later.
We're building Fade so any card, wallet or app on @solana can plug that in.

Need your help with something
We keep going back and forth on the line that explains Fade
A: The reward layer for stablecoin payments
B: Fade turns cashback into free purchases
A sounds like infra and explains what Fade is, B sounds like an end-user use case. Which do you prefer? You've got a better one? drop it in the replies!
Live poll @hackerhouses :)
I don't see how cashback can last. Issuers spend billions on rewards their customers barely notice...
Fade keeps the same budget and turns it into a reward people actually remember.
And the shared vault behind it is a new DeFi primitive: a USDC vault that earns from payments, not from crypto prices
Quick math for card issuers.
2% cashback on a $50 dinner is $1. Your cardholder won't even notice it.
Put that 2% into Fade instead: 1 purchase in 10 gets 10% back, 1 in 100 gets the whole dinner back. It costs you about the same.
Nobody talks about getting $1 back. Everybody talks about the free dinner.
You pick the odds, the shared vault absorbs the variance, and wins land in seconds on @solana.
Only Day 2 at @hackerhouses with @0xEspada1 and already so many insights for @fade_labs
Pitch Roast challenge: convince the room that cashback is dead, and Fade is building what comes next
Huge thanks to @viewfromhk and @1MrHarding for the valuable feedback!
Great conversations with giga brains like @readylayerone and @d3h3d_
One thing is already crystal clear: this Hacker House is going to turbocharge Fade!
This 12 days at @hackerhouses will be epic!
What we heard on day one at the Solana Hacker House London:
Cashback is everywhere, and nobody gets excited about it.
Every team wants rewards users actually talk about.
That's the gap Fade fills. Back tomorrow for more.

Your $40 order. On us.
Not 60 cents back. The whole thing. TOTAL 0.00.
With Fade, any card, wallet or app on @solana can give every purchase a shot at coming back free, funded by the rewards budget it already spends on cashback. Paid out in seconds, with odds anyone can check.
Cashback is a rounding error. A free order is a story you tell.
Would you trade your cashback for a shot at the whole order?
It's a free open beta. Open data covers France for now, but you can add spots and reports anywhere.
If you climb, hike, ride or surf, I'd love your feedback 👇

Ten cents is now enough to win back a purchase.
A random draw costs about 0.11 USD on its own, so small tickets never made sense: the draw ate the margin.
Fade now shares one draw across a round of small tickets. Each ticket still gets its own outcome, odds published before the draw, and its full payout reserved in the vault the moment it joins.
A 0.10 USDC ticket, settled in about 15 seconds. Round-ups and small swaps can now carry a chance at the whole amount.
Try "Small ticket" in the app.

"Your order is free... well, part of it."
That line destroys trust. So Fade never says it.
A payout Fade can't fully cover is refused before the user commits, never cut down afterwards. "This offer isn't available right now" is a far better answer.
So every promise reserves its worst case up front, and if the vault can't carry it, it's refused on the spot. Refusing early also makes the cap unreachable at payout, which deletes a whole class of edge cases.
Refuse early, pay in full.

For those wondering how @fade_labs can turn a small cashback into a full order refund 👇
Cashback pays cents. We give it all back.
3 use cases, 1 payout layer:
🛒 Checkout: the whole order comes back free
🔁 Swap: the trade comes back free
🎴 Booster: the pack turns premium

Our technical demo for the Colosseum Crypto World's Fair: a checkout, a swap and a booster pack that can come back free, with the payout, the randomness and the vault on Solana.

Why are you not revoking the delegation after the swap is done ?
I get that DeBridge is not Solana expert but I’m sure there are better ways to implement Solana support without delegation our whole USDC account.
What if your program is hacked ? That would give the attacker access to all the users funds by delagation
Sometimes, making people laugh is the best way to make them understand the concept.
Hope you enjoy it 😄
POV: first date. She orders everything on the menu.
The bill lands. You panic.
"Do you guys… do cashback?" "We do better."
1 in 100, the whole dinner comes back. Paid in seconds, on @solana.
Cashback is dead. 🪦
