Launched EditorOP v1 two days ago.
It's already at $182 MRR! Feels insaneee 🤯
Here's the part nobody posts about: 3 days ago I almost didn't ship it.
The product is nowhere near perfect.
The tech isn't perfect.
There are 100s of features I still want to build.
The developer in me was screaming "not yet, it's unfinished, it's not perfect."
I've been stuck in this loop a lot the past few months.
You build something. It doesn't feel good enough.
You tell yourself it's just one more feature away.
Then one more. Then one more.
This time I shipped it anyway.
Do I have the right SaaS positioning? No.
Do I have PMF? Heck no.
Is the product polished? Not even close.
Is $182 life changing money? Lol, nowhere near.
But...
Am I having fun? More than I have in years.
Did a stranger pay for something I built in my room? Yes. Still processing it.
Do I wake up excited to work? Every single day.
That feels unreal, not gonna lie.
V2 is going to be insane.
What a time to be alive!!

Time to put a paywall on @tryEditorOP.
14th Sept is Ganesh Chaturthi, a day for new beginnings and that is when paywall would be live. 🚀
Beta users mass mail + video message ready to be sent tomorrow (or today lmao its 6AM here).
The product is not perfect, I wish to build 100 more features but fuck it, we ball. It does the job decently well.
My next 3.5 months would now be just marketing EditorOP, @easyintervw and creating shit tonne of videos for a bunch of my accounts and YouTube channel.
Marketing as a field is very new but its seems super duper fun. Bunch of crazy shit that we are testing with EasyInterview XD.
To removing the "develper hat" and wearing the marketing hat from Tuesday 🍺.
PS: Also started the $3000 MRR by December 31st Series XD.
PPS: 6 AM energy hits different, never written so much without AI 🔥

Two years ago I quit my job.
Told myself 6 months. Then 1 year. Then 1.5 years happened.
Built 3 things: → An app. 1 year. $0. → A community. Got to $300 MRR. Couldn't scale it. → A SaaS. Launched in March.
Burned through savings. Started freelancing just to pay bills.
Set a goal on Jan 7th, $5K MRR by Dec 31st.
Today is June 1st. I'm at $0.
Lost all my clients last month. Hustle Club closed for 3 months. Micro SaaS (Launched March. 10 users. 1 paid.)
Still at square one.
So this is it. 1 last try.
100 days to build a high-quality client base (so I can actually stay in this game) & take my SaaS to $1K MRR.
Or I go back to a job.
No more extensions. No more stories.

I quit my job in 2024 to build startups full-time.
Spent nearly a year building an app that made $0.
Before that, built a few projects that never took off.
Right now, I’m building @joinhustleclub a community that makes early rising & high-performance habits easy
Current state: $250 MRR - 60 paid members
I’ll continue growing Hustle Club, both for revenue and the insights it gives me to build tools and apps around the same problem space.
Public goal: $5K MRR by Dec 31, 2026.

Being a software dev, UI / UX was something I didn't really learn while working.
EditorOP is functionally solid, but output quality sucks and the UI UX is a puzzle.
