Sunday will remain overcast, with periods of drizzle likely throughout the day. Some spells of light rain are also possible, but the risk appears to be much lower.
At this moment, I would estimate the risk of rain during the race window at 20–30%.

For the first time, and I never thought I would be able to say this, Charles is happy with the car’s behaviour in the wet. For the first time, he felt that same feeling he used to have when driving in the rain in karting. Credit to the team, because they’ve done an incredible job working on this issue.
Charles clearly sacrificed his qualifying session, knowing he had a penalty. He used it to help the team understand the car better. For him, this qualifying session was basically an FP2. He made so many changes to help the team better understand the car’s behaviour in wet conditions, so they can work on improving it ahead of 2027.
Now we’ll have to see whether it works tomorrow. I’m confident, as always, and hoping for a win, even if it seems very difficult. The most realistic target is a podium. We’ll see, but bravo to Charles and the team!

Q: Has Fred kind of cleared the air? Is everything on a good footing between yourself and Charles?
Lewis : « I mean, Fred hasn't cleared the air in the sense of like... me and Charles, we sat and spoke, we squashed it and we're moving on. I think we still have a huge amount of respect for each other.
And I'm glad we had a chat. You know, now we've moved on. We've been getting along just fine as normal. So, sometimes in those scenarios it just takes having a conversation.
There's been no demands from either side. It's just been both giving our points and areas that we can do better and support each other. And, yeah, so I'm hoping to have better races moving forwards. »

Charles : “So, it was a session where we had a lot of performance at certain points, and much less at others, especially on the inters towards the end. But honestly, it was a good session. We tried a lot of different things. We knew that we were going to take the penalty anyway, so we could afford to take a few more risks and experiment a lot more with the car, even stopping during the runs.
Although we have parc fermé restrictions and cannot change too many things, there are still certain adjustments we can make, and they allowed us to understand a lot of things today. So, it was a positive session.
Obviously, the result is not satisfactory at all. We're not happy with fourth place, but I think we've always had a very tricky car to drive in the wet, and I think there are a few things we've understood today.”
