Instead we should amend accessory statutes- Judges and prosecutors want to keep setting loose people who a reasonable person would/should know poses a significant risk of violence to the community? Charge them as an accessory to any crimes the subject commits within 6 mos.

These new limits on text chats with Grok are really cramping my style. I can't get through a basic conversation without hitting a usage limit. WTF am I paying for?

Unpopular opinion- Passkeys are a disaster for consumers. They centralize access, are subject to the same sorts of data breaches that compromise passwords, and have been advertised as more secure so when- not if- they are compromised it will be even harder to deal with id theft.

Soo, how are we looking?
Imagine waking up in 2026 to an America where democracy is dismantled, voting is nearly impossible, journalists are silenced & hate crimes are rising. The warnings were there—we just didn't listen. Here’s my letter from the future, to you. welivedit.news/p/a-letter-fr…

OK, easily solved. Let's start a mass block list of lib accounts that have an undue amount of reach.
The X algorithm was just posted (open sourced) and mass blocks are a strong deboost on accounts. This could explain why many conservative accounts are suppressed. Liberals over the years have used mass block lists to silo themselves. These lists were widely distributed The Right never used block lists on the same scale. Therefore Left leaning accounts are not at the same risk of deboosting. The block list practice is rarer now because of restricted and costly API access, but it used to to be everywhere. The algo must let older blocks fade over time, so these older block lists are no longer used in a weaponized fashion.

I for one choose to believe that these are the size of a shoebox and they are carried by tiny little men climbing out of a tiny little plane.
The remains of the 32 Cuban bodyguards killed during the US raid to capture Maduro on January 3rd have arrived in Cuba this morning #Venezuela

Sure, no system is perfect and sure, there has always been fraud, but you know what cuts down on fraud a lot? Hanging people who commit fraud in front of the polling place where they committed the fraud. I'm just sayin'

If we do this people will not be able to get mortgages. A mortgage is a loan that uses a house as collateral. If institutions cannot buy and sell homes, they will not write mortgages for them.

teapaw.org/Publius1165127/status/… U.S. civil forfeiture laws allow property seizure without charging the owner with a crime, placing the burden on citizens to contest - which is expensive - after their money and assets have been taken.

In the US the Severe maternal morbidity rate is ~1.5–2% of deliveries (~60–80 cases per 10,000 deliveries). In 2020, ~1 in 5 (~2,000 per 10,000) pregnancies was aborted. So 96% of abortions happen so that people can have sex without having kids. So yes, recreational.

So this morning markets had gapped up and were steady, then a fed governor talked about sharp declines and suddenly SPY dropped $19 in 2 hours. Talk about your self-fulfilling prophecies.

Of all the top marginal rates the United States has ever actually applied in the postwar era, the 28 % rate in effect from 1988 to 1990 produced the single highest economy-wide effective personal income tax rate ever recorded. In thee 35 years since no higher rate has matched it.fred.stlouisfed.org/graph/?g…

Also worth noting: Multiple sniper ambushes against ICE- one in the city I currently live in(Dallas) and another in a nearby town I used to live in (Alvarado). What do you think those killing our law enforcement will do to me and those like me when their team is in charge?

Democrats have suspended the filibuster 11 times. Republicans have done so 3 times. At what point is it appropriate to nuke them back after they keep using them on us?

In short: Fuck the filibuster. It is irrational for any moderate or conservative voter to believe that we will be treated any differently from Charlie Kirk or Donald Trump. We must maintain control of the government long enough to root out the terrorists or we are dead.
