DOJ- Weaponized prosecutions against conservatives (E.G. pro-life activists, Jan 6 protestors), colluded with big tech to censor conservatives (twitter files), Unequal treatment in investigations (e.g., lighter scrutiny of left-leaning violence vs. aggressive pursuit of right-wing cases). BATFE&IRS- Retaliatory audits and investigations against conservative activists' businesses under OBAMA. CISA- Labeled conservative election integrity efforts as "misinformation" and coordinated censorship with tech firms.
