Why bids fail, technically: the mandate is matched to the applicant's PAN and bank account. A UPI ID on someone else's account, or a PAN mismatch, fails silently. If you're in, make sure you apply today, so you have time to see a failure and fix it. #StockMarketIndia #SabkaJioIPO #IPOAlert

Day one, by the numbers: 24.63 lakh applications for the Jio Platforms IPO, as of 3:02 PM IST, according to IPO subscription data. If you've applied, make sure your UPI mandate is approved, not pending. #SabkaJioIPO

An old photograph of a shareholder gathering can make investing feel surprisingly personal. There are faces, conversations and people who chose to put their money behind a business. Today, the same participation can begin with a few taps on a screen. The setting changes. The decision still belongs to the investor.

I was talking to my brother about how quickly expenses can pile up once you start living on your own. Few months ago, he needed some money for an upskilling course. Then, a couple of months later, his bike needed an expensive repair. Completely unrelated expenses, but both things he hadn't planned for, at the start of the year. What surprised me was that he was using the same First Money personal loan from IDFC First for both. He had borrowed what he needed for the first expense, repaid it, and could use the available limit again when another need came up. It made me realise that maybe the bigger change in personal loans isn't just how easily you can get one; it’s how much more flexible some of them have become around the way our expenses actually happen!

Was talking to a friend about phones and realised how differently people use them. Some care about the camera, some want battery life, some want good design. That's what I like about Moto. There's something for everyone that too without making your pockets burn.

Financial plumbing for the modern era! #iBRICS2026 drives crucial discussions on linking fast-payment rails like India's UPI & Brazil's Pix. Seamless cross-border payments are coming! 📱⚡

Was looking at old photos today and realised how much of my life is basically documented on my phone now. Bad selfies. Screenshots I definitely don’t need. Makes u realise the camera on ur phone is probably one of things u use most. honestly, Moto Edge 70 Pro is the game changer.

This happens almost every time... Whenever I keep my phone on a café table, or someone notices it, one of the first questions I get is, "Which phone is that?" It's usually because of the design and finish. Moto has been doing such a great job with colours & design.

Loved this candid talk with @krishnabgowda - great job @SharmaShradha on this interview! Krishna sir is doing wonders with his cleanup drives across Bangalore!
Two years back, I slipped and fractured my hand because of a broken drain cover around Ulsoor Lake. For many of us a broken and unlivable city is a reality. Traffic. Flooding. Pollution. Broken infrastructure. When I had just about given up on what can change, I found hope. My conversation with Krishna Byre Gowda is not about politics. It is about governance. It is about execution. It is about what happens when someone chooses to solve problems instead of merely talking about them. Whether you live in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata or any Indian city, this conversation matters. Because if one city can become more liveable, every city can. If you’re a young Indian wondering whether public service can still create real change, watch this. If you’re building India in any way, as a founder, citizen, student, policymaker, or professional, watch this. We spend enough time amplifying what’s broken. It’s time we also amplify people who are trying to build. This is one of the most important conversations I’ve had this year. Watch it. Share it. Let’s make stories of builders go as viral as stories of outrage. Bringing to you “The Nation Builders” @krishnabgowda

InGovern says governance concerns were specific to the resignation episode, not broader operations or financial strength. That distinction matters. But if someone wants panic, they will ignore distinctions and club everything together. aninews.in/news/business/hdf…

It's not just about Harsha, but this is a live example of how narratives are built. When CSK/MI win, the focus is mainly on the captains. When RCB wins, the focus is mainly on auction and backroom staff. Shreyas Iyer faced it too in 2024. It's always collective effort but the media will highlight one more than the other depending upon the narratives set. Harsha Bhogle salutes RCB's backroom staff youtube.com/shorts/sWDqZrCtP… vi

The KSCA and state government didn’t help with that ticketing mess playing out so publicly. They gave those in charge even more reason to take the IPL final away.

One of my biggest professional regrets is that ESPN Star left all the episodes of Harsha Online behind. It would have been a recorded history of Indian cricket (and of a few other sports) with 45 min interviews of every top Indian sportsman.
I have a story about Border and Gavaskar. In 2000, ESPN Star Sports organized a quiz series against an Indian and an Australian team. India had Gavaskar, Venkat and Sidhu, while Border had Ponting, Moody and Gilchrist as teammates. The Indians won comfortably, but I remember Allan coming to me on the last day of the quiz and presenting me his dark green game shirt for putting it all together. I lost that shirt during a house shift, and it so hurts me, given that all the tapes of the shows were also tragically erased when ESPN Star Sports ended as a joint venture!

BCCI should not have had a game today. They should have allowed all the Tamil Nadu based players to vote. IPL comes every year. Elections which comes once in 5 years to determine the future of the state and country should be given more importance

RCB were and are far ahead of the pack in adopting new things and it’s amazing that cricketers coming in are able to play along. It’s given us fans a lot of relatable content
