I couldn't by more grateful to the @theblcklst for giving #writers visibility to members of the entertainment and #publishing industries. Getting my #novel highlighted in this way has been one of the most delightful aspects of my #writing career. Thank you! #WritingCommunity

Replying to @USAndHyderabad
@USAndHyderabad @USAndIndia @USAndIndia @USAmbIndia Can you please release the already approved VISA from the Hyderabad consulate? What's the point of Dropbox if it takes a month to process? The documents were dropped off on 5th Dec and it has been a week since it's approved.

DALL-E’s amazing images are popping up all over the web. That software uses something called a diffusion model, which is trained to remove noise from static until a clear picture is formed. Turns out diffusion models can design proteins too!

NN-SVG is a tool for creating Neural Network architecture drawings parametrically rather than manually! It also provides the ability to export those drawings to Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) files, suitable for inclusion in academic papers or web pages github.com/alexlenail/NN-SVG

We're nearing the start of the academic year, so I'm re-posting a list of training & software resources that might be useful for new PhD students (mostly aimed at atomistic modelling / ML for med chem). Let me know if I missed anything! cole-group.github.io/2021/12…

Yesterday was my last day of working at Google. Perhaps this comes as surprise to you twitter folks, as I haven't widely announced that I left academia to try something new. Here's what I learned in 9 months as a Data Analyst who (temporarily) left Astronomy for Big Tech. 1/n

We’re running a new binding challenge, involving predicting which compounds (out of about 45K) bind to a particular protein target: github.com/samplchallenges/S… Stage 2 will involve predicting IC50 values, and we will revisit the same target again later. RTs appreciated!

Worst space pajamas for kids, ranked: 5: the planets, and some constellations, orbit a rocket. But it’s cartoony so maybe we can pretend it’s just cute fun space stuff.
