May this kind of doing the duty become contagious.

Thanks, @AmdavadAMC, for giving the city another traffic bottleneck and a potential black spot.
When the focus is just on building flyovers and ROBs without thinking, this is bound to happen.
No one knows what our city's mayor and standing committee chairman do.
Sadly, we, the citizens, now have to face this mess daily.
This is an additional burden on @PoliceAhmedabad to manage the traffic there.

The world's largest two-wheeler helmet manufacturer is Indian,
not Chinese.
Studds Accessories opened in 1972 as a small motorcycle-parts outfit in Delhi and spent 53 years quietly turning into a four-plant operation in Faridabad with 9.04 million units of annual capacity.
Bigger than anyone in Shenzhen, Yiwu, or Milan.
The Daytona helmets sold in Texas and the O'Neal motocross lids worn in Bavaria both ship out of Sector 68, IMT Faridabad. India's only in-house EPS foam line lives there too.
They IPO'd last November at ₹585, subscribed 73 times over.
India can't make a 280Ah LFP cell yet.
But on the unsexy, mold-heavy, certification-grinding end of hardware where you crank out a million SKUs at sub-thousand-rupee prices for fifty years before anyone notices we already won.
Studds is what a Make in India success story looks like when nobody was filming.
A tough competition is given by Vega helmets, but that's an Indian brand too.

Offer letters are becoming salary auction tools.
Candidates collect 2-3 offers and start shopping for the higher numbers.
Not giving offer letters
doesn’t solve the problem either.
Our solution is simple:
We issue provisional letters of interest without mentioning compensation details.
It shows intent from our side, without creating unnecessary leverage loops.
And honestly, if any candidate joining elsewhere, that’s totally fair, everyone wants to earn more
Just have the common courtesy to inform the company in advance instead of ghosting them on joining day.
Things can be so simple, yet they are not.

Suddenly, everyone is realising the importance of public transport :)
Some of us have been shouting this from the top of our voices for years, often being dismissed or called names for questioning car-centric planning.
But every crisis reminds us of one thing: car-based infrastructure alone cannot help cities tide over disruptions.
This is a golden opportunity for corporations and city leaders, if they are serious about sustainable mobility, to invest in reliable first- and last-mile connectivity and make the public transport experience convenient, safe, and comfortable for everyone...

Japanese, German, and American products are trusted by their citizens.
In India it's the reverse.
Many entrepreneurs might have faced the same as us.
When we launched EV DOCTOR, after 3 years of real R&D, tests and validation.
The first thing we heard from an EV workshop owner was "Kaha se import kia?" (From where have you imported this.)
Many even fought with us, saying that they have seen this product in China.
There's a strong notion that if something's fine, accurate and useful it might be an imported thing.
Indian founders inherit a liability, while other countries founders have to tackle a single problem at a time.
A Tokyo founder shipping a defective unit costs his company.
An Indian founder shipping a defective unit costs the next 1,000 Indian founders.
The Made-In-Country Index puts Germany at 100, Japan at 81, the US at 67, China at 49 (climbed 20 points in a decade), and India at 36.
Those aren't quality scores they're trust scores, and trust is the actual unit economics of any product business.
A 30% trust discount on the country brand is a 30% discount on every Indian founder's pricing power, fundraise multiple, and exit valuation, applied silently and forever until somebody pays it down.
China paid it down with 15 years of MIIT enforcing factory-floor standards while everyone else laughed at the knockoffs. Japan paid it down with Deming and a generation of executives who treated a defect like a personal disgrace.
We pay ours in panel discussions about Atmanirbhar Bharat while the bottom decile of Indian manufacturers writes the country's brand prospectus for everyone else.

India is the hardest market to crack for any business.
Indians want:
- the best quality
- premium look
- long life
But also:
- the lowest price
- extra perks
We compare everything.
We question everything.
Win here, and you can win anywhere.

It’s funny when an 18-year-old asks a 19-year-old for guidance on how to become successful, someone whose biggest struggle today is deciding whether to drive the Range Rover or the BMW XM, while a full team manages the image, views, and paid PR behind them.
Meanwhile, you’re still studying for better marks, fighting for better opportunities, and working for a better placement. That journey is real.
There’s a difference between buying and earning.
Views can be bought, respect is earned.
Likes can be bought, love is earned.
Luxury can be bought, legacy is earned.
Money can be inherited, wisdom must be earned.
Seek guidance from people whose struggles were real, whose lessons were learned the hard way, and whose success came through experience.

unpopular opinion: 16GB is plenty if software engineers actually cared about memory efficiency. chrome eating 4GB for 12 tabs is not a hardware problem its a software disgrace. docker consuming 2GB idle is not a feature its laziness. we live in an era where people optimize every single token to save $0.001 on API costs but happily ship electron apps that eat 500MB to display a todo list. if the industry treated RAM the way we treat inference compute - obsessively measuring every byte - 16GB would feel luxurious. the hardware isnt the problem, the software is @adxtyahq
