Still the same useless replies from @Qantas. "The Spirit of Australia" my arse! Can't even SPEAK to someone in Australia about the refund I've been chasing for 7 months!
Dear @Qantas . I've been chasing a refund since Feb. I've been promised the refund numerous times by phone support, but still don't have it. Spent more than 20 hrs on phone. Ur offshore 'support' is laughable. Please have someone from Australia call me. DM me for my phone number.

Yep. Same logic for companies that make me type my email address to unsub from their emails. That's often enough to make me flag them as spam instead.
Some companies think that forcing me to contact support to cancel a subscription will reduce churn. In reality I will cancel anyway but I’ll be really pissed off and will never come back.

Oh this would be great! I've used third party delivery status apps, but they were more hassle than they were worth. Fingers crossed this is better!
Fascinating. I'd have thought they'd both be listed already!
It's always interesting to see what new words are added to the dictionary each year. My favourites this year are "laggy" (my son uses that A LOT), and 'use case' which I was surprised to learn was not already in the dictionary. #terminology merriam-webster.com/words-at…
A great post written by my very smart sister. Thanks Penny!
Our General Manager has put together an awesome post detailing why every software business should be using prototypes. Applies if you're developing a new website too. Check it out and let us know your thoughts... silverpistol.com.au/business… #prototyping #businessanalytics
