I find it wild that no matter how bad things are and how many children die, the answer will be thoughts and prayers and to not question what went wrong so it doesn’t happen again. Over and over and over.

Today is a sad and harmful day for patients and health care across the country, and its impact will reverberate for years. This bill moves us in the wrong direction. My husband was in a bad climbing accident a week and a half ago. We experienced our healthcare system for the first time from the inside and my God, it’s rough out there. I feel so bad for people who have to navigate all of this without the wealth of knowledge we have.
