The Jets didn’t use a single timeout in the first half while Miami was driving with a chance to get the ball back. That’s not a talent issue, that’s coaching.
Garrett Wilson had zero targets in the first half and just 3 all game. That’s not a talent issue, that’s coaching.
They handed the ball to fullback Andrew Beck (10 career carries for 11 yards) on the goal line instead of feeding Braelon Allen, who was rolling for 104 yards on 17 carries. That’s not a talent issue, that’s coaching.
They burned a timeout early in the third quarter after not being ready and getting the call late out of the huddle. That’s not a talent issue, that’s coaching.
