Friends! Mum can’t believe it… I’m scoffing the renal wet food! Nobody thought that would happen as it is notoriously untasty. Mum is so proud of me. I am sharing a picture of the packet in case anyone wants recommendations. It is also the Purina dry food that I like ❤️❤️

Friends! Percy isn’t the only one who can be skittish! It seems the Storms have also affected Ron, who seemed to be enjoying himself until he accidentally knocked something off Mum’s desk. Then he knew he was in trouble and scarpered! 😹

Friends! I just wanted to tell you that everything is going well so far. I am taking my thyroid medicine really well, and I quite like the dry renal support food. I have had quite a relaxed day and Mum is very proud of me 🩶

Firstly, if you live in the UK, don’t forget your clocks should have gone back during the night! 🕰️ Secondly, we hope you are all safe from #StormBoelo - it’s been extremely windy and rainy here and we don’t have the worst of it. Mum had to lock us out of the Catio 🙀 The storm has made Percy very skittish indeed! He’s obsessed with the noise of the rain on the skylight. Mum struggled to keep up with him as she was filming! 😹

Friends! I have NEWS! Firstly, thank you so much for all the comforting and reassuring comments you gave us yesterday. Mum didn’t want to admit how worried she was but she had a horrible day waiting for my blood test results to come through. You all helped SO MUCH. Results: I do have thyroid issues, but the Vet said it can be treated with medication which I will start today. I also have stage one kidney failure, but this is not terrible for my age. The vet said it could be a lot worse. I am switching to special renal support food and the vet is going to keep a close eye on me. So no need to worry. Here’s me eating my breakfast this morning. As you can see, I have a healthy appetite. And watch to the end to see what happens at the end of every meal! 😹

Friends! Yesterday Mum took me to the Vet for a check-up. She is a bit concerned that I have lost weight despite eating a lot, and my coat has got a bit scruffy. She suspects thyroid issues and I might need some medicine. I’ve had some blood tests. I’ll let you know what the results are. Percy, my Deputy, knew I wasn’t keen to go, and offered to go in my place. That’s dedication for you! ❤️

Chums! Malcy was a bit worried last night that he’s not interesting to watch any more. Thank you all SO MUCH for reassuring him with lovely comments. He told me I’ve got to do interesting things so that people want to watch our videos. I panicked a bit and picked up the first thing I found on the floor. Is this interesting?

Friends! Is anyone still awake? It’s been a quiet day on here - possibly the quietest day we’ve ever had. I’m wondering why, and it’s keeping me awake. I might not be as interesting a cat as I used to be. I’m older now so I don’t do as much. Maybe that’s why? 🩶

Friends! Baby Dog was suspicious that Cleo was trying to steal his food… but is that what was bothering her? Or was there something else? 🐰

Friends! Do dogs have Smelly Feet? Asking for a friend. Sometimes I think Ron takes his dedication to Baby Dog a step too far. Rather him than me! This was Lazy Boys’ Sunday yesterday and the Lazy Boys (including Dad!) weren’t in any hurry to get out of bed!

Friends! General excitement last night when Teddy popped in for dinner. It was like a reunion! He was going to just eat with Baby Dog and me, but my Deputy, Percy, asked to join us. Teddy eats FAST!! But his manners are pretty good. As usual, us cats left the washing up to the dogs! 😹

Excuse me! It’s Cleo here! You don’t see as much of me as the Boys in the House because I’m always off being BUSY with something. So I asked Mum if she could do a little compilation of my day, just to show you how I pass the time. You will see that, although I don’t often settle down with them, I love all my Brothers and they love me 💖
