@XboxSupport my elite 2 controllers right bumper is not working correctly, I’m literally 4 days out of my warranty, so now I have to pay for another one and go without a controller for who knows how long?

Becoming increasingly upset with every letter and package delivery service except Amazon, and that sucks. No notices, no information, just doesn’t show up, and I have to chase down why, every time, and sometimes never get the package. @UPS @canadaposthelps you have one job.
And waste cart from @CityofEdmonton swap never texted the day before as I had set up with the request, and the notice of an attempt was on the ground in the alley several houses away, just happened to look at it while walking, or I’d have never known. #yeg
