Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky says the best employees are like “self-guided missiles.”
“You don’t even need to tell them what the goal is. They self-identify the goal, and then they reach it.”
“Average people, you tell them the goal, and then you need to spend weekly iterations with them. So you spend management time. That’s what I don’t want.”
“The best executives are very tough.”
“Likable is never the goal for executives. The goal is always to achieve the goal with the minimal number of resources spent.”

In Italy, people often forget that the government’s budget is a downstream result of entrepreneurship.
Margaret Thatcher explained this perfectly back in 1983
The government doesn't have money of its own. Every time politicians promise to spend more, someone has to pay for it
And people somehow still think it's someone else's money
“There is no such thing as public money. There is only taxpayers’ money”
And sooner or later, that someone else they expect to pay is YOU

A lot of people want to see you fail to justify the risks they chose not to take.
Remove them from your life, ruthlessly.
Product-market fit > working harder. Focus and a deep understanding of market needs and priorities is the key recipe.

JUST IN: Michael Saylor says, the scarce desirable assets that the wealthy will own is Bitcoin, "because robots can't make more Bitcoin."
"Even if every human being is a million times smarter than Einstein, they're not going to make more Bitcoin. So I would invest in something that the robots can't make more of. And that's a real long-term driver for scarce, desirable digital capital."

The GENIUS Act marks a watershed moment in American finance, further cementing the United States as the crypto capital of the world. Just as President Abraham Lincoln’s National Currency Act of 1863 established a national framework for bank-issued currency, the GENIUS Act establishes a federal framework for payment stablecoins in the digital age.
The @USOCC's final rule carries that landmark legislation forward, providing a clear, practical foundation for private-sector innovation, competition, and American leadership in digital assets.

I’ve learned that scale can distort purpose.
When you attach your sense of progress to numbers, you will always feel behind. There will always be a bigger audience, a higher metric, a wider reach.
But meaning doesn’t expand with volume. It deepens with intention.
