JD Vance’s mother was a raging addict and didn’t lose custody of her children until she drove a car 100 miles an hour and threatened to kill them all. He knows exactly how bad the abuse that Dr. Amy Acton suffered as a child had to be in order for her to have been removed. JD Vance’s support of Vivek Ramaswamy’s heinous ad to discredit Dr. Amy Adam’s abuse should haunt him. He’s a sick & demented monster.

"A tourism office in Lyon was also broken into and set on fire by rioters, many of them dressed in black clothes, masks and goggles." Why use the passive voice, @nytimes?

You know who did pass the bar exam? First Lady #MichelleObama, Justice #KetanjiBrownJackson, VP #KamalaHarris, and Congresswoman #JasmineCrockett. #DEI doesn’t lower the bar. It exposes those who can’t reach it.

‘Genocide’ has become the standard slur in anti-Israeli rhetoric. But it is a lie. The Irish government tried in Dec 2024 to amend the legal definition because what happened in Gaza did not fall under the term. It failed. Don’t allow people to make this claim unchallenged.

From a black FB friend “Let me make this shit perfectly clear. I know Florida has never elected a Black governor, and yes, the election of Byron Donalds would be historic. As a Black Floridian, I understand the significance of seeing someone who looks like me occupy the Governor’s Mansion. But history alone will NOT get my vote. This isn’t about Byron Donalds being Black, and it isn’t simply because he’s a Republican. It’s no secret that I’m a moderate Democrat, and have crossed party lines before when I believed the Republican candidate was the better person to lead the great state of Florida. But, child please! It will be a cold day in hell before I cast my vote for Byron Donalds, and here’s why. Representation means absolutely nothing to me if the person representing us lacks the integrity, independence, courage, and conviction to stand up when it matters! Time and time again Byron has demonstrated he’s no independent critical thinker. Black sisters and brothaz, Byron Donalds is no Barack Obama. He is no General Colin Powell. And I refuse to become so mesmerized by the possibility of Florida electing its first Black governor that I ignore the man’s record, his alliances, his rhetoric, and what I believe his leadership would mean for Florida. I am TIRED of symbolism being offered as a substitute for substance. After years of watching DeSantis policies coming out of Tallahassee that I firmly believe have chipped away at civil rights protections, attacked diversity initiatives, and diminished how Black history is taught and discussed, I cannot vote for someone simply because his skin looks like mine. Black skin does not automatically equal Black consciousness. And finally from everything I have seen, Byron Donalds has demonstrated far too much loyalty to Donald Trump and the MAGA political machine for me to believe he represents the kind of independent leadership Florida desperately needs. So yes, David Jolly is a white man. I am not voting for a complexion. I am voting for leadership. I am voting for policies. I am voting for character. I am voting based on who I believe will respect the history and civil rights of ALL Floridians rather than continue tearing away at them. My vote come November 2026, will be for David Jolly (FULL STOP)! Florida deserves better than another four years of division, political bullshit, and culture wars. I love this state far too much to vote based on skin color. In the words of Dr. MLK, judge David Jolly “by the content of his character and not by the color of his skin”! Florida, the choice is clear, VOTE BLUE!!! And I said, what I said!💪🏾🇺🇸🪖🏳️‍🌈 -MsD 👠👠” @davidjollyfl @laurajollyfl

26 years ago, two IDF soldiers, Vadim Norzhich and Yossi Avrahami, mistakenly passed an Israeli checkpoint and entered Ramallah. They were detained by Palestinian police only to have the police station overrun by an angry mob of Palestinians. What occurred after was one of the most horrific and violent incidents in the history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The soldiers were beaten, stabbed, had their eyes gouged out, and were disemboweled. At this point, a Palestinian (later identified as Aziz Salha), appeared at the window, displaying his blood-soaked hands to the crowd, which erupted into cheers. The crowd clapped and cheered as one of the soldier's bodies was then thrown out the window and stamped and beaten by the frenzied crowd. One of the bodies was set on fire. Soon after, the crowd dragged the two mutilated bodies to Al-Manara Square in the city center as the crowd began an impromptu victory celebration. Palestinian policemen did not prevent the lynching. 26 years later, Israelis still face horrific violence from Palestinian terrorists and a Palestinian leadership who glorifies such incidents and names public schools and streets after convicted murderers.

26 years ago TODAY. October 12, 2000. Vadim Norzhich and Yossi Avrahami, two Israeli reservists who accidentally entered Ramallah, were brutally lynched by a Palestinian mob inside a police station. One of their murderers proudly stood at the window, displaying his BLOOD-SOAKED HANDS to a cheering crowd. That image is burned into my brain FOREVER when I realized what it was. Now take a look at that RED HAND PIN worn by some of your favorite Hollywood actors and singers. Mark Ruffalo. Billie Eilish. And plenty of others. They call it a symbol of peace, can you imagine that? But for the normal educated people who remember what happened on October 12, 2000, those red hands bring back something VERY different. Remember Vadim Norzhich and Yossi Avrahami. May their memories forever be a blessing. 🎗️
