Today, 29 years ago, on 21 April 1996, while using a satellite phone, former Chechnya's President Dzhokhar Dudayev was assassinated by two Russian missiles, after his location was detected by a Russian reconnaissance aircraft, which intercepted his phone call. At the time, Dudayev was talking to Konstantin Borovoy, a deputy of the State Duma in Moscow.
He explained in 1995 what the world could expect from Russia. Every single word he said was so accurate.

C'est sans doute là l'un des signes de déclin dont tout le monde parle : l'incapacité à agir, la peur de prendre de vrais risques même si c'est pour faire le bien. L'Europe devrait avoir la volonté d'empêcher cela, elle en a déjà la capacité militaire, mais elle semble paralysée et essaie de se convaincre qu'envoyer du matériel est suffisant.
Pendant ce temps, la nouvelle passe inaperçue dans nos médias. Plus personne ne s'émeut, pas de manifestation de soutien dans les rues, pas de chroniques indignées dans les radios, pas un seul influenceur qui dénoncera les agissements de la Russie.
Le naufrage de ce point de vue là dépasse la seule volonté politique. C'est tout une société qui a choisi d'oublier, de se calfeutrer et de regarder ailleurs. Les drapeaux ukrainien et palestinien devraient être affichés ensemble en tête de cortège, mais les massacres qui se passent sur notre continent sont abandonnés à l'oubli, ce qui revient à une forme de mépris.
L'Europe, la France, les Français, on aurait tous pu et dû faire mieux. Cette attaque terroriste russe devrait précipiter des réactions outragées de tous nos candidats à la présidentielle. Et pourtant, presque tous évitent le sujet alors que c'est sans doute celui qui déterminera le plus les conditions d'exercice du prochain mandat présidentiel au niveau de la politique étrangère.

Russia is stealing children, putting them in forced adoptions with the aggressor, changing their names and making them Russian.
Today, it became known that the leader of the Just Russia-Patriots for Truth party, Sergei Mironov, and his wife adopted a child who was taken from Ukraine. 10-month-old Margarita Prokopenko was taken last year from an orphanage in the then-occupied Kherson to the territory of the Russian Federation. There, the child's name and place of birth were changed entirely. Now, the child is registered as Marina Mironova from the Moscow region.
This is the first documented case of the adoption of a #Ukrainian child by a Russian politician of this rank. Experts in international law qualify such actions as a war crime, which is considered genocide.
Officially, Margarita and two-year-old Ilya Vashchenko were taken to Moscow for "examination, determination of further treatment tactics and rehabilitation." @HromadskeUA wrote about this in July.
It is worth noting that Margarita's father died, and her mother was deprived of parental rights. However, the girl has other relatives with the right to take custody of the child. However, this did not prevent the Russians from #kidnapping the child and changing her personal data completely. Ilya's fate is currently unknown, but it is noted that he also held a new birth certificate.
Nothing is surprising about such news today. The #Russian authorities are pursuing a systemic genocidal policy against the Ukrainian nation, using the least protected category of the population - children from orphanages. And this story shows how much this policy is approved at the state level.
The international community should be aware of these facts; this is the only way to save our children.

An 11-week OSINT investigation collected 54,737 posts across X, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, mapped 10,773 accounts and 3,284 network links.
The headline isn't "disinformation." It's recruitment. A Spaniard in Moscow is openly hiring his own countrymen as informants, hackers and soldiers. In Spanish. During the campaign.
Around him, a ring of pro-Russian channels with ~500K subscriptions feeds ready-made narratives to ordinary Spaniards, deciding how every crisis gets explained before the facts arrive.
This is a national security problem dressed up as a media problem.

I'm confused, outraged, and upset by the lack of the world's reaction to the criminal Russian double-tap in Komyshuvakha.
Search and rescue operations have been underway for 3 days now following a Russian strike on a school. Russians launched 9 guided aerial bombs, initially targeting residents gathered to receive humanitarian aid, and then striking the first responders and police officers who arrived at the scene.
People were there to receive bread!
The death toll is currently at 40 people, with over 30 still missing, and after three days, considering the explosions were so strong that recovered bodies are actually "fragments," that means that they are likely gone too.
I can't understand why this is not news, why the f*** is this normalized???

Russia filmed itself bombing a bread line in Ukraine. It was intentional and then they bombed the survivors. Here’s the evidence, including Russia’s own:
1) 1 November, 15:32: the Komyshuvakha council’s Telegram channel announces a bread handout for Monday, 10:00 to 12:00, “in the anti-radiation shelter” at the school. It’s routine: same place, same time, every week.
3) 2 November, about 10–11 am: two guided bombs hit the school grounds. People run into the shelter. Then a FAB-3000, three tons and nearly 1.5 tons of explosive, a bunker-buster, hits the shelter directly. Six more bombs follow as police and rescuers arrive.
3) 40 dead (Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, 4 Nov). Among them: two rescuers, four police officers, the two women who ran the aid point, a construction crew, and the wife of the village council head.
4) Russia’s own drone filmed it. The pro-war channel Iznanka posted the footage, calling it a “128th Brigade deployment point”. The same channel puts that exact label on strike after strike in this sector: Zarichne, Novooleksandrivka, Komyshuvakha in May. It’s a template.
5) Then the Defence Ministry: “up to 25 servicemen”. Then Rossiyskaya Gazeta: drone operators in a bunker, “exposed” by a Ukrainian pundit’s TV interview. No clip. No date. No channel.
6) Ukraine’s National Police released bodycam footage from an officer killed in the strike. After the first bombs: “Glide bombs heading for Komyshuvakha!” “Quick, into the shelter!” “More glide bombs, right?” “Yes.” Then it hits.
7) The UN mission: either Russia knew about the aid distribution, or it “failed to take basic steps to learn what was happening.” The attack “seems to have violated the most fundamental principles of international humanitarian law.”
Strike to drive people underground. Strike the shelter. Strike the rescuers. This is cold-blooded murder of civilians by Russia.
