The use of encrypted tech or small group structures is not sinister in #PalestineAction or political organising. We’ve had decades of #spycops infiltrating and actively disrupting our movements. Of course we need to take all measures to counteract this assault on our democracy

Met Police have never given a shit about the Human Rights Act - every bit of disclosure and live evidence in the #spycops inquiry shows they treat our human rights with utter contempt. De proscribe Palestine Action and defund the Met.
This looks to be a repressive, authoritarian and quite possibly unlawful notice from a police force which should be abiding by the Human Rights Act. So, a direct question to @metpoliceuk - if someone attends the @DefendOurJuries gathering in order to express their support for the right to peaceful protest, are you stating that you will arrest them simply for being in the vicinity?

If I could make it to London tomorrow - I would - just to say a fuck you to the Met over this outrageous announcement. The more you repress us, the more we’ll fight back.
NEW: the Met issues update threatening “enforcement action” against anyone who provides “logistical support” (water?? snacks?? a foil blanket?) to peaceful protesters at the @defendourjuries demo outside the US embassy tomorrow news.met.police.uk/news/met-…

concerned that Govt Ministers who are due to make decisions about the future of the #spycops inquiry don't understand the reasons it's taken so long (i.e. delays caused by the police), a group of the 'non state core participants' have today written to them, asking for meetings...
Old skool letters going to ministers about #spycops consultation. Don’t let the Home Office cover-up this policing scandal.

Classic - Mittens gives free pass on lying to sex predator #spycops AGAIN: HN60 keeps his anonymity. It's almost as though the promises of the Inquiry are worth nothing 🤷‍♀️ ucpi.org.uk/wp-content/uploa…

NB: We still don't know the real name of 'Dave Evans'. Why does the inquiry insist on protecting the identities of proven liars like him & 'Matt Rayner' - after previously promising not to do this for any #spycops who'd deceived women for sex? theguardian.com/uk-news/2026…

🚨A new report by Campaign Against Arms Trade (@CAATuk) exposes how the UK arms export licensing regime "is fundamentally broken". The report lays bare how Britain continued to arm Israel and Saudi Arabia while they committed atrocities in Gaza and Yemen👇

One of the few good things about the undercover policing inquiry has been joining the gang of dangerous domestic extremist #spycops knitters. Finally got round to blocking this one, made during the managers’ hearings. Knitting has kept me sane (ish) whist listening to their lies

The #spycops inquiry isn’t willing to let you see what this morning’s witness looks like now, but we have this slightly blurry photo that shows you what he looked like back in the late ‘90s when he was socialising with animal rights activists…

🧵Yet again @ucpinquiry has failed to grasp what trauma informed means. Telling core participants a #spycops witness is going to be questioned on a traumatic event - and then not asking any questions about it is not trauma informed.

3. This is the tip of the iceberg and small compared to other issues. But it is mentally draining to prepare to hear a cop talking about a traumatic incident only for it to be ignored. If I hadn’t been told it was an area that would be covered it wouldn’t be so bad.

4. Yet again not enough time has been given to police witnesses - half a day for a cop that lied about a two year relationship iş disgusting. Yet again abusive liars are protected. Utterly disgusting.

The fucking arrogance, offensiveness and lack of self awareness in this comment by HN60 is staggering even by #spycops standards.
Hn60 starts talking about a documentary he saw about jews living in Nazi Germany during the war pretending not to be jews. And one of them said she felt compelled to tell someone that she was a jew. Says other people can't understand that pressure. #spycops

Back from the break, Mitting tells us that Helen Steel’s evidence won’t start until 2.30pm. It is unclear why the inquiry hasn’t allocated at least one full day to questioning ‘HN60’ (the very minimum time allocated to other #spycops - some of them were given 3 or 4 days).

The @ukhomeoffice has tied itself in knots with its ridiculous consultation into the #spycops inquiry & subsequent response.
