Chargé d’Affaires Amy Carlon joined high-level U.S. executives at the Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, where ExxonMobil and SOCAR concluded the Production Sharing Agreement for the Kura Basin project, alongside new deals involving Oracle, Microsoft, Comstock Resources, and Apollo. These deals have the potential to transform Azerbaijan’s economy for generations to come. CDA Carlon also joined a panel discussion titled “U.S.-Azerbaijan Economic Partnership: TRIPP and New Connectivity Opportunities,” to discuss how the Strategic Partnership and the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity will further strengthen bilateral economic ties, expand U.S. private-sector participation in regional connectivity, and deliver jobs and prosperity to the United States, Azerbaijan, and the region.
