Productivity porn, 2021: color-coded Notion databases. Productivity porn, 2026: 12 terminals, 8 agents, zero idea what's happening.

It feels fucking good to finally reach product validation. If you’re building something, DON’T FUCKING QUIT.

My entire X feed is now - SaaS is dead - distribution is the key now - we're AI-native Posted by people who never shipped a SaaS to kill. Original thinking is dead.

Hot take: almost nobody is waiting for you to fail. They're not thinking about you at all. Worse for the ego. Much better for shipping.

I'm 34. At 12, I wrote my first line of code. At 26, I was in a grey office I hated. At 27, I quit in the middle of a pandemic. Freelance paid me double for half the hours. At 29, got scammed by a co-founder and my NFT marketplace collapsed because of FTX. At 31, I'd turned the wreck into a services company that made €300K in 2 years. At 32, I left Paris for Bangkok with $0 in revenue. Ar 33, I launched 2 language learning apps crossing $1,400+ MRR. At 34, a course I hadn't built yet did €23K in 38 days. It's never too late in life.

When you look back, you’ll wish you’d just done the long-term version of everything. My short-term versions: - Scammed by a co-founder. - 4 products nobody downloaded. - A $2,000 MRR SaaS killed by 1 email. My one long-term version: - 18 months of posting into silence. - 2 apps crossing $1,400 MRR - Then €23K in 38 days.

Made $41,816 last month. Best month of my life. October won't look like this. $17,734 of it came from a cohort that's now closed. Posting it anyway. I posted the €0 months too.

Everything I have today came from asking again. - Apple rejected my first app 10 times. Submission 11 went live. - My first 29 shorts flopped. Number 30 hit 160K views. - I posted for 18 months before a stranger paid me. Life keeps handing you lottery tickets. You only need one to hit.

My cost of living in Valencia 🇪🇸 vs Bali 🇮🇩 🇪🇸 VALENCIA 🏠 Apartment: $1,600 🥘 Food: $600 🚇 Metro + scooter: $30 🏋️ Gym: $30 📱 Phone + internet: $7 Total: $2,267/month 🇮🇩 BALI 🏠 Villas + hotels: $1,000 🍳 Food (never cooked): $400 🛵 Scooter: $60 🏄 Surfing: $40 💆 Massages: $30 📱 Phone + internet: $30 Total: $1,560/month Bali wins on price. Valencia wins on walkability, infrastructure, and proximity to family. The older I get, the more I realize: Cheap living isn't always a better life.

When I told my friends in Paris I was leaving to build apps from a backpack, nobody mocked me. They just stopped asking how it was going. Silence is the polite French version of "we'll see."
