Why would Ukraine get seized Russian assets? Ukraine is not entitled to anyone else's money but their own, until they have the ability to seize assets of their own accord.
Ukraine should focus on winning it's war on its own merits or sit down at the negotiating table. You can't crowdfund your self defense while mistakenly believing you're on the same level as the people giving you handouts.
