Don’t damage a good relationship by withholding something that should never be used as leverage in an effort to help get something that should never be withheld as leverage at the end of a damaged relationship.

Many people are wondering about what’s happening on U.S. campuses.
While I can’t speak about all other college campuses, I can definitely give you an insider’s view about @Columbia University.
(this thread may be a bit long, but trust me: it's worth it)

Do yourselves a favor and watch this jaw-dropping speech. With students like this, the future of our people is bright.

Talk about essentials- soldiers at their post need the daily daf! A special edition of the Schottenstein @artscroll Kidushin, including perakim of Tehillim. "We printed 5000 to start, and we are already overwhelmed with requests for more..." says Rabbi Shai Graucher

Moshe Rabbeinu comes down from the mountain and his face is radiant. Why? Because he took the leftover ink from writing the Torah and put it on his face

"The toughest part of working out is getting on the bike. When completed, you will never regret the hard work," Ben Alldis @onepeloton. The same goes for Teshuvah. The hardest part is getting started, and when you invest in the process, you will never regret it. #ElulThoughts
Important article for parents. @RabbiGoldberg lives the life he preaches. He let his daughter marry my son!
Are we, with the best of intentions, raising a generation of emasculated, entitled, spoiled children who don’t know how to take achrayus for decision making, for their well-being, and for their future?

Yosef cried over Binyomin's losses and Binyomin cried over Yosef's while neither cried over their own. Torah teaches us when dealing with ones own pain can say גם זו לטובה but when it comes to another's pain the only appropriate response is compassion.
Many thoughts on this.
1. @NatanFarber preparation is inspiring
2. Rav Pam said, " One goes into Chinuch not to teach Torah, but to teach Talmidim." understanding their dinner situation is huge!
3. Imitation is the finest form of flattery.
How I (attempt to) break down my 2 Hr. Gemarah Shiur @DRSHALB 🧵
I begin by asking each student "What Did You Have for Dinner Last Night?"
I learned it from my 12th Grade Rebbe, @estorch. I wrote about it here: medium.com/@natanfarber/what…
