Today marks a whole year since I joined 36 Family and what a fab year it has been🥂 But aside from wondering where on earth that time has gone, it’s also had me thinking about a question I’ve faced (and somewhat dodged) for the last 12 months … “Why did you move Chambers?”

I truly hope this will be a turning point, that Baroness Harman’s review for @thebarcouncil will be the beginning of the change we so desperately need to see and I am clear that I will continue to do what I can to help bring that change about.

We are aware of social media posts online detailing the injuries sustained by the girls who died and those injured in the attack in Southport on 29 July 2024.
The families of the little girls specifically asked that those details not be reported.
The families of Bebe, Alice and Elsie and of all those affected in the tragedy have faced unimaginable grief and trauma in the months since the attacks, and do not need their suffering compounded by reckless posts on social media.
Please do not post or share detailed accounts of the injuries they sustained.
