Clients PLEASE read VGEN descriptions thoroughly before you submit any requests!
Skeb-style means ZERO communication. many VGEN artists are happy to fix a mistake they made, such as forgetting clothing detail, but other than that you cannot expect communicationโฆ let alone complain. if you want open updates and discussion, skeb is NOT for you.
mind you, on the actual Skeb website itโs actually against their rules to try to contact the artist!

I think one of the greatest issues LADS has is that it bursted the bubble. It became too big for it's own good and ended up attracting people who are not otome players and arrived with stan mentality. They treat this characters like k-pop idols.

Poor girl. She attempted suicide at ppg's building. Thankfully, police intervened before anything happened. She's one of us, a lily/Valkyrie who loves Valko. But she's in China, so she personally experienced the mass cyberbullying that we global players couldn't even imagine, the very cyberbullying that infold/ppg condoned and never once issued a statement to stop, even when it was happening in their own comment sections. Ironically, most of the posts about this event have been quickly removed/taken down (who did that, I wonder). Unfortunately, CN Valkyries are all too familiar with cyberbullying and cruel comments about Valko and themselves in the comment sections.
She scattered papers filled with information about Valko and PPG, mostly tweets, to raise awareness about what's been happening.

Burning myself into the ground with content creation for free just for everything to rely on luck or the algorithm anyway, is, in my opinion, not worth it for me.
I have drive and passion. I just can't be my own manager while doing a lot of behind the scenes work for others.
I'll do Youtube animations or shorts when it's fun for me or when I have something fun to post, not for money.
I will stream on Twitch because it is an outlet to help with my social anxiety and to show off my art.
I will post to twitter since it's the only website available to share my work to a wider audience.
A viewers time is precious, and every second you decide to choose me, I am honored. Mine is too though, and every moment I attempt to micromanage content creation, I will just go insane from it.
I will do things in this lifetime that makes me happy. The internet is miserable for creatives now. I will stick to what I know, and find new ways to make others happy with my work. โค๏ธ
If you wish to support me and my artwork, there's many ways to help even for free.

That woman is 100% right and she should say it. I have no issues with people coming into hobbies wanting to learn and be open-minded. I have a problem with people who refuse to integrate, complain about everything, and then get mad when you tell them not to engage.

To all the artists out there, DON'T GIVE UP!
The algorithm can be tough, but your worth isn't defined by engagement. Keep creating, keep posting, and your moment WILL come.
Sending good vibes to all of us! We got this! ๐

Hot take but reference sheets should be unrendered and should have a full body reference of the front AND back of the character, and of any important details that may be hidden under items of clothing or accessories.
And they should be easy to find on your account!! Please!!
