2/2 @hollywoodscifi
Groups & businesses like ours need true fan power to help take us a success but piss them off and you might as well shut up shop.
I can tell you now that without the love of true fans we’d be nothing.
1/2 @hollywoodscifi
Might I suggest that instead of calling out people who may cross the line but rather reach out & correct them. That way you don’t risk alienating yourselves from true fans & celebs. Especially those mentioned here who could be powerful advocates for you…….
Sci-fi fandom has literally saved many lives. It’s been a place where the often misunderstood or misplaced could find a welcoming home, be part of something positive & a force for good. This is disappointing to read. @wil_ross
