Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson & Josh Hartnett try to decide which film is better — ‘Black Swan’ or ‘Fatal Attraction’. “When I think of an iconic Glenn Close performance & an iconic Natalie Portman performance, it's these two.”

@Tinashe this is for spending 55 on the fill-up, for being my first concert after COVID and for bringing the trampoline for Bouncin on tour. For all of this and more, you deserve commercial and critical recognition like this. You aren’t just a popstar, you’re *the* popstar

If you haven’t read “Sucker: My Year as a Degenerate Gambler” from The Atlantic, it talks about this (admittedly interesting) intersection. I’m areligious but reading this article (while waiting in line for Takanaka records) definitely intrigued me somehow theatlantic.com/magazine/202…

Remember when every single phone had a really good and really usable app built-in that would just read all the MP3's you put on it and play those whenever you want

Whats interesting is that historical accuracy only goes so far when the historical record is limited. There’s this whole discussion in the music world where people try to perform music how it was performed hundreds of years in the past but we don’t know all the details.
Robert Eggers says that detailed historical accuracy in ‘WERWULF’ was important in making an immersive experience for audiences. “You guys don't know that Willem's character has the correct amount of buttons… but you might notice he's the only person who has buttons cause he's the only person who can afford them.”

So while I imagine there’s a lot of effort put into it, we live in a modern world that can only guess, to varying degrees of accuracy, what things were like back then. All of that aside I’m excited to see this
