First time seeing a Jumo 004 jet engine, this of course powered the ME 262 and the Arado Ar 234. Though this one has seen better days...
I knew the @Lilium test bed was saved and ended up in a museum, little did I know it would be the one I visited today!

October is a milestone-packed month for our MIURA 5 program, as we continue turning our launch system into a reality.
Hereโs whatโs taking shape across the program:
โช๏ธLauncher qualification: MIURA 5 is undergoing system-level qualification, with three units manufactured.
โช๏ธIndustrial scale-up: Advancing our production capabilities to accelerate production and prepare for the next phase.
โช๏ธLaunch infrastructure: Progressing ground systems, civil works, and launch operations to build the foundations for liftoff.
The road to launch is taking shape. Every milestone advances MIURA 5 towards operational readiness.

Our Taiga team @Nord_Space is next level. Relentless beyond measure. Launch authorization seems imminent, a historic launch authorization for Canada no less ๐คซ Testing Taiga on the new NightFox test cell at Area 66 before shipping out to make sure she still likes to sing, and boy does she ever. Next stop SLC-02 Pad 2A at our Atlantic Spaceport Complex in beautiful Newfoundland and Labrador, later this year.

To carry on with cool things, here is an ME 163 and its rocket engine, I tried to get a good picture of the engine injector.

โ๏ธSEBIT First Test Flight: Root-Cause Analysis Report Submitted and Joint Investigation Underway
INNOSPACE has submitted its internal root-cause analysis report on the early termination of SEBITโs first test flight, conducted on August 19 at the Alcรขntara Space Center in Brazil, to CENIPA and is currently participating in the joint investigation.
Based on telemetry collected during the flight, INNOSPACE identified areas requiring improvement in the control algorithm governing the four fins mounted at the lower section of the vehicle, which control the rocketโs attitude and direction. The company is now using actual in-flight data to refine the fin control algorithm as well as related design and test procedures.
The flight also provided an opportunity to validate INNOSPACEโs proprietary non-pyrotechnic Flight Termination System (FTS), which operated normally in accordance with its designed sequence.
Building on the data and experience gained from this flight, INNOSPACE is preparing for a follow-on verification flightand will continue to enhance SEBITโs flight performance and operational stability.โ

Here is the flight footage from my arduheli with data overlay. I was testing the trims and flight time on a full battery. youtu.be/r_Sdc-BWIrE?is=agN2โฆ
Good flight today, almost 10min before the low batt warning. Autotune flights up next, then I can finally fly some missions.
Anyone have camera reccomendations so I can watch the flight in the gnd station software?

On the recent topic of technical intelligence evaluations, one very good aspect of the extremely thorough natuure of German WW2 intelligence reports, is that they were SO detailed and complete, I often use them to get information on British aircraft and engines because they contain information more detailed than many surviving British reports on our own equiptment.
Like this Mosquito construction evaluation, Mosquitos were so fast it was incredibly difficult to intercept, but because they often did extremely dangerous low level operations, a large proportion of those which were lost, were caught by low level flak.
No other allied aircraft in all of WW2 features more often in German Air Ministry discussions.
