I lost all my following+follower relationships, half my DMs were deleted, thousands of tweets were deleted, and I received nothing but a note on my account and an apology from one employee who cared. My account still displays artifacts of a broken restoration to this date, lol

two years ago @x handed my account to an impersonator filing a hacked account claim, let them erase my entire following/follower network, then didn't restore anything during recovery my most recent update from x is that i'm an "edge case" and they don't have eng time to fix me 🙂

yeah support and partnerships asked engineering to restore my followers/follows a few weeks ago ( as support's restore tool is somehow broken on my acc ) but they've told me we're at a standstill until engineering actually takes a look. So there's hope, I guess, but no timetable.
