@edfenergy are such a joke of a supplier, their contact system is so frustrating, you have to WhatsApp, and they don’t answer. Finally a response, as I want the credit paid back in my account, (nearly £800) and they refuse to pay, making lies and saying how I can’t get it paid

Then they close the chat down, so you have to start again, so far I’m 2 weeks in, for some one to now say my gas has been capped off for over a year, and they don’t supply!! I’ve sent them meter readings every month, I have a smart meter, and pay monthly!

The way they deal with customers is insulting, and they refuse to call. I’ve had to resort to posting here to try to get a human to call me.. If there isn’t a response I will post the whole WhatsApp interaction here for everyone to see how they talk down to, and lie shut you up

Games, villa is his pure passion, and has always been there for him, and it would mean the world if we could get together as a villa family for him against spurs. Would mean the world to Arthur, and his daughter Sarah, (who will be using his seat from now on)
