@flexmeow is a lending market where you choose your own fixed rate. liquidity is managed via redemptions (vs util curves), lowest rate borrowers are redeemed first when liq is needed. markets operate at a 100% utilization. best tool in DeFi for looping likewise assets

case in point, yBOLD yield today is 8% APR
🔵 yield paid in $BOLD
🔵 exposure only to Liquity V2
🔵 no centralized issuer
🔵 always redeemable
also, use it as collateral on @flexmeow and earn APRs upwards of 50% + 👀

why Stability Pool $BOLD is a great hedge:
BOLD in the SP gets:
- 75% of all borrow fees in BOLD
- Liquidation gains in ETH
ETH runs → leverage demand up → rates rise → yield up
ETH drops → liquidations up → buy ETH cheap
either way, you earn in unstoppable money ⛓️
whoever values the liquidity the most will have it
about as free a market as we can get 🏴☠️
What happens when a lender wants to exit a 100% utilized Flex market?
They redeem the lowest cost borrower to exit. I call this a redemption wave.
The borrower who pays the least on Flex is the position that earns the most, but gets redeemed first. That is the trade off.
The borrower who is willing to pay the most will get the liquidity. That's what you're paying for.
Looping on Flex and your borrow cost is suddenly higher than the yield? Just exit. You're liquid.
