Nigeria Women Blow Your Trumpet | CSW69 I had the honor of kicking off Nigeria Women Blow Your Trumpet at Nigeria House with an Open House Fireside Chat. This gathering provided a space to reflect on the outcomes of CSW69, explore bold strategies for gender equality, and celebrate the remarkable contributions of Nigerian women in national development. Grateful for the insightful conversations and the power of collective action as we continue to push for meaningful change! #NigeriaWomen #CSW69 #WomenEmpowerment #StrongerTogether #accelerateaction

At #CSW69, Nigeria reaffirmed its leadership in advancing gender equality across West Africa at an ECOWAS Member State High-Level Interactive Gender Session. Represented by HM Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim (Minister of Women Affairs), Nigeria is scaling up: - Economic empowerment for women - Gender-responsive governance & leadership - Policy reforms for inclusion & protection - Regional partnerships for lasting impact Under @officialABAT, Nigeria is committed to action, not just advocacy. #NigeriaAtCSW #WomenEmpowerment @FMWA_ng

You go to the market & buy groceries and food items to satisfy yourself, you spend some amount of money to buy these items, but you believe that the waste you generate through these goods should be disposed of for free. @jidesanwoolu @tokunbo_wahab @muyiwag

This is 1am on the farm @sFarmLab as we sort produce for export and Lagos market. Most food produce you get to buy in the market and the food you eat at your favourite outdoor place got there at night. The day economy is ruled by the night economy. There is more work put into the food you meet. The price of food is more than just the price of inputs. #FarmerSamson #TheWizardFarmer

My late wife, who I have always described as one of the finest breeds from Owerre-Nkwoji, Nkwerre LG in Imo State always said that GOOD has no tribe neither does BAD. This has guided my worldview when it comes to these kinds of issues. For me, let's focus on the good in us

While some of us young folks (and educated ones at that) on social media are busy abusing ourselves & fighting over which ethnic group is superior or most advanced, these oldies are further cementing their bonds of friendship over bottles of Goldberg & jollof rice.

We are defending Abigail, a 25 year old young woman who has been incarcerated for over a month due to lack of funds to afford legal representation. Our team visited the Grade 1 Area Court at Dei-Dei to represent Abigail for the first time in her ongoing case. Her bail was initially set at 90,000 but at the time her bail was set, Abigail lacked legal representation to express her inability to afford it. We are currently working to have this bail amount reconsidered.

4. Instead of Sending Our Police Officers to Be Securing Big Men, These Projects Will Be Secured By a Joint Team of Police, Local Vigilantes, The Army, The Airforce, The Navy, Civil Defence and All. It is Important Because Food Security Will Create Socio Stability and job Security Will Make Governance Easier. 5. What I Have outlined is Very Basic, Why are They Wasting Money and Time When The Real Jobs Does not Require that Much Thinking? When You Drive Real productivity decisions From Abuja, I Mean Field Decisions, You are Always Going to Get Politicians to Do what they Know How to do best...Loot, Steal, Criminalize and Religiously Pontificate by Calling Their Crimes God's Will and Miracles. WE FIT WELL? I NO SURE SAY WE WAN WELL! #Agbadovolution is the ultimate solution to a lasting overall National Social Economical and Rural Cultural Growth. #Agbadovolution: A Socio Economic and National Development Perspective by Retson A Tedheke. One of The Most Annoying Question or Reply I Get as I Discuss Solutions Daily With Regards RUGA is, Are or Were The Saner Climes Normads? Do They Destroy Farms, Kill & Burn Villages?...  When You Read With a Mind Made up, You Won't See Solutions. When You are Fixated on Financializing Problems, You Will Always Find More Reasons to Keep The Problems Alive.  If We are Serious & Interested in Solving This Problem, We Will Know That Millions of Cattle Can't Be Ranched Miraculously. This is Not a Prayer Piont, It is An Action Piont. It is Time to Think. I Will Make This Easier for Those Who Don't Want to Think. a) NLTP/RUGA was suppose to be Phase One. Example is @NGFarmersGroup. Build Something Similar in The North Central Corridor Connecting Kebbi, Niger & Kwara in The West Central Corridor Linking Kogi & Nasarawa in The Centre & Link That With Adamawa, Benue & Taraba in the Eastern Corridor.  These RUGA Will Be Strategic & Located on The Old Cattle Route or Something Similar With a Minimum of 10k Hectares Per State With All Facilities Imaginable.  #NFGCSFARMS Spent About A Billion Building Our #RUGA & Still Upgrading. As This Process Continues, We Move to the Next Phase. Governments at The State & LGA Levels Then Evolve a Security System That is Local, A Rural Developmental Program That Will Provide Basic Access Road, Rural Electrification, Dams, Basic Healthcare, Vocation Training Centers etc.  Both Phase one and Two Will Take a Minimum of 36months to 5years. During This Phase We Must Then Begin The Campaign of Sensitizing Our People on the Benefit of Cattle to the Nation, People & Our Economy While Getting The CBN  to Start Anchor Borrowers Program for Cattle Farmers That Will come with a Minimum Loan of ₦100million for Owners of Cattle to Build Ranches, Provide Water Solution, Feeding Solutions, etc.  These Loans Must Not be More than 5% interest Per Annum & a Tenor of 15years With 3years Moratarium. This Will be Outside Existing RUGAs. c) The Need to Maximize Returns From This Sector Must Force The Governments at all Levels to Ensure That The Economic Value and Benifit across The Entire Cattle Value Chain is Tapped. Not Just With Beef and Dairy, But With Hide, Skin, Cream, Bones, Blood etc.  We are Not Cursed To Be Raw Material Producers Only. We Cannot Have The Capacity to Manage 50million Cattle and Generate $5billion Annually & Still Go Back to The Crude Oil Mistake in 2024. Millions of Jobs Will Be Created, 70% of The Insecurity Challenges Associated With Herders and Farmers Will Be Eliminated.  Parochial Sentimentalism Will Be Reduced and Armed Bandits, Kidnappers and Related Crimes Associated With The Fulani Herdsmen at Least Would Be Greatly Reduced.  The Reality is That So Many Who Talk About This Problem, Don't Want Solutions. We Want to Keep Talking. Let Me Shock Everyone Prophetically. In a Decade From Now, If We as a People Don't Do The Simple Things, We Will Keep Building Churches, Creating Enemies, Hating & Hoping That God Will Help Fix a Problem We Created & Are Capable of Fixing.  No Vex, GOD DON WELL. UNA WAN WELL? @RetsonTedheke01 Recorded The Video Interview 1st July, 2019. This Article Was Written February 6th, 2021. It was just updated to reflect recent realities. #NigeriaFirst  #NigeriaOnly  #NigeriaAlways  #GaateGoldRice  #Agbadovolution  #NFGCSFarmEstate  #LetFarmersBreathe  #LetThePoorBreathe #BatkashNigeriaFarmers  #LeaveNoFarmerBehind  @MBuhari  @KashimSM  @officialABAT  @NGFarmersGroup  @BatKashNFarmers

This Sunday By 6:30pm, #Agbadovolution Twitter Space Will Be Live And Direct because.. NOW MORE THAN EVER, NIGERIA RURAL FARMERS MUST SPEAK LOUDLY!  We Speak We Die, We Don't Speak We Die...We Will Speak and Die! Nigeria Farmers are Battling and Struggling because of everything not provided by governments to feed this country but our efforts are being demonized, criminalized and ridiculed by those who know nothing about Agriculture and Agribusiness.  Agbado and Cassava took center stage during the campaign and Farmers are being vilified after the campaigns, Farmers Will Stand up for Farmers because we can, because we should and because we must! Those Who have done nothing for Nigeria in Decades Cannot Teach Nigeria Farmers Lessons in Loyalty and Nationalism. Those fixated on speculative trading cannot be Criticising Nigeria Farmers who are producing food in very difficult circumstances.  Nigeria Farmers know the problems and have the solutions. We are not Fair Weather Nigerians and we are no less Nigerian Than any Nigerian! The voice of the average Nigerian Farmer must be heard, Loud and Clear. No politician will fight our battles for us, So we will speak up for ourselves. BatKash National Farmers Forum @BatKashNFarmers as a platform that will give the voice of ordinary Nigerian Farmers The loudness needed for a real National discourse. Our request for governments is simple; create and work with Nigeria solutions for Total Agricultural Revolution (TAR) in food security, socio economic sustainability and socio cultural stability. Farm Estates, Agricultural Clusters, Farm Cooperatives, Agricultural Hubs and Existing Farm Settlements in Nigeria should become catalyst for real Agricultural productive growth.  Interventions must be project centric not political list centric as has always been the case.  There Has to be Agbado Revolution Now and Nationwide. Please Join us Sunday 17th December by 6:30pm, let's speak our mind.  Here: teapaw.org/i/spaces/1MYGNoeZWVOJw #Agbadovolution is the ultimate solution to a lasting overall National Social Economical and Rural Cultural Growth.  #NigeriaFirst  #NigeriaOnly  #NigeriaAlways  #GaateGoldRice  #Agbadovolution  #NFGCSFarmEstate  #LetFarmersBreathe  #LetThePoorBreathe #BatkashNigeriaFarmers  #LeaveNoFarmerBehind  @MBuhari  @KashimSM  @officialABAT  @NGFarmersGroup  @BatKashNFarmers @BashorunGa_ @Samsonprolific @KemPatriot @borie_nla @akinwale_cfi @Olorienem @iyaboawokoya @olusogaowoeye @OpeBee @fimiletoks @jeffphilips1 @Farmexecutive @ShettimaDogo @BaaleOfMilan @Im_Buhari_Jnr
