Europe has developed a pretty interesting definition of “protecting democracy.” 🇷🇴 Romania annulled a presidential election after Călin Georgescu finished first, then barred him from the rerun. 🇭🇺 Hungary’s new government rewrote the constitution with retroactive limits that block Viktor Orbán from becoming PM again and later approved rules barring long-serving MPs from the next parliamentary election. 🇩🇪 Germany’s domestic intelligence service classified the AfD as extremist, opening the door to much heavier surveillance of the country’s biggest opposition party. 🇫🇷 France upheld Marine Le Pen’s conviction, kept restrictions on her political future and ordered her to wear an electronic ankle tag. 🇪🇸 In Spain, more than a dozen people tied to Pedro Sánchez’s political and personal circle have been investigated or prosecuted in separate corruption cases, while Sánchez himself has not been charged. 🇬🇧 Britain postponed local elections during a sweeping reorganization of local government, triggering a petition accusing the government of voter suppression. 🇵🇱 And now Poland has police surrounding its Constitutional Tribunal while the government and opposition accuse each other of trying to seize control of the court. The real red line in Europe may not be democracy... It may be leaving the club. Writer: Sol

EU meddling in Poland...
Przywracanie rządów prawa jest naszym obowiązkiem. Po latach pisowskiego bezprawia to proces trudny, czasem bolesny i wymaga zdecydowanego działania. Innej drogi nie ma.

‼️ Ransomware called C3RB3R is encrypting files on Synology NAS devices, Chinese security firms 360 and Solar say. 360 blames two critical DSM flaws that Synology patched in September. Solar says one victim was already on the latest DSM 7.4.1 build and suspects a zero-day.

This is a common sense solution
Why don’t stores, malls, gyms and other privately owned places BAN streamers and video recording? Trespass the streamers and arrest them for repeat violations.

hmmm this maths out . . .
So, basically, 500 million Europeans expect 300 million Americans to protect them from 120 million Russians who can’t even defeat 40 million Ukrainians while those 500 million Europeans don’t even realize they are being conquered by 2 billion Muslims who claim they are being persecuted by 8 million Israelis. Is that about right? 1

This is true. The math and logic unassailable.
It's generally accepted that "Rapture" (1981) by Blondie, was the first "Rap" song. That's absolutely wrong! The first rap song was Steve Martin's "King Tut" released 3 years earlier in 1978. You can try to argue it, but you know I'm right. STEVE MARTIN is the Godfather of Rap

Hot take that really shouldn’t be a hot take: eggnog is absolutely disgusting.   It’s made of raw eggs, milk, and loaded with saturated fat. Gross.

This post is unintentionally hilarious. Poor guy doesn't realize what leftism leads to. He's almost got it. What do you call a government that wants to censor speech, arrest opposing politicians, and is made up of convicted criminals? Maybe Authoritarian and Fascist? He even types this --> "Bolsonaro supporters...who assume that Lula is somehow behind the judges" The judge was Lula's personal attorney. He can't believe what he's saying, or else he truly is a useful idiot.
I am going to write something below that should be seen as the musings of one who celebrated – and still celebrates – Lula’s victory over Bolsonaro Jr. Here it goes: I cannot for the life of me justify why o why Brazil’s courts had to demand of Bolsonaro that he hands over his passport the moment he lost the election. That he disputed the veracity of the election result is a sign of a faulty character, evidence that he is a bad loser. BUT, he had every right to being a bad loser; to dispute, rightly or wrongly, any result. As for the argument that he was being investigated for other misdemeanours or crimes, that doesn’t wash either: What would have happened if Bolsonaro had won the election? Would the judges also prevent him from travelling abroad, as President-elect? I very much doubt that – which means that the judges were conflating executive and judicial powers. To those who tell me that the Bolsonaro clan is a fascistic, criminal family, my reply is: You and I may very well think that. Alas, the judiciary has no right to use its powers to indict and to pursue someone because – or immediately after – they lost an election. It is shameful, to be precise. And it is also dangerous for those of us on the left who know what it means to be banned and hounded by rogue judges and police commissioners. But I also have a message to Bolsonaro supporters, or those sitting on the fence, who assume that Lula is somehow behind the judges. He is not! This is the same court that imprisoned, falsely, Lula himself. What we have in Brazil is a judiciary that overreaches and habitually crosses the line that ought to separate judicial from political power. It is such a shame that a judge took it upon himself to go after Bolsonaro on the eve of his defeat and, in doing so, to sully Lula’s stupendous victory. One last point that my comrades in Brazil should note: If Bolsonaro and Rubio wanted to mount a campaign against Lula and Brazilian democracy they could never have been aided better than by that judge’s reckless writ.

Translation: As Brazil's leader: thanks Milei, Trump, Americans for freedom refuge. Sunday fraud: illegal STF voting extension let Lula gain 10M+ votes impossibly + power abuses. Annul ticket. Compromised judge launched persecution. No crime; witch hunt to silence/protect corrupt judges. Coup vs father too. Family to US for safety. Left to lead free, not flee. Like past exiles. Democracy fight begins. Lead opposition from abroad. Peaceful mobilize vs dictatorship. Stay firm. Ends when Brazil free. God bless Brazil. Flávio Bolsonaro

OK
If the U.S. is harboring a fugitive from justice, is Brazil allowed to invade the U.S. and kidnap Flavio Bolsonaro like they did with Maduro in Venezuela?
