The cheapest new EV in America is back, and most people will never get to buy one.
The 2027 Chevy Bolt starts at $28,995 and fixes almost everything owners complained about:
⚡ Charges at up to 150 kW, 10–80% in about 26 minutes.
🔌 Built-in NACS port with Tesla Supercharger access.
🚗 210 hp and an EPA-estimated 262 miles of range.
But there's a catch. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are gone, and GM plans to build the Bolt for only about 18 months before its Kansas plant switches to a gas-powered Buick.
I break down all three updates, the tech choice that has drivers upset, and why this Bolt won't be around long.

Tech Twitter sucks and I definitely have to learn how to pick my battles like my family says. But in the long run I’m glad this Twitter drama happened to I can funnel a scholarship to said schools.
