We will never forget. Read more testimonies on the Gaza Genocide website; honored to be speaking at the launch event
Her home was bombed. Her three siblings were killed.
Her mother died beside her on the seventh day.
She survived on one lollipop and rainwater squeezed from a mattress.
Soldiers mocked her when she begged for water.
Somaia was 19. This is her testimony.

DHS is a weapon used to violate our rights and punish resistance.
Ya’kub is a DACA recipient who has been unlawfully held in detention for over a year because he dared to dissent.
I joined @RepRashida in demanding his immediate release.
Free Ya'akub Vijandre! He is a DACA recipient and photojournalist detained by ICE for over a year for speaking out against genocide and for simply liking a social media post.
This is a clear attack on free speech.
With @RepAlGreen, I led 21 of my colleagues to demand his release.
Thank you @RepRashida. @DHSgov Free Ya’akub NOW! Dissent is not deportable

I had a chance to visit Folkston last month, where Ya’akub Ira has now been held for one year. It is no different than an internment camp-they are afforded a tiny space for outdoor time and given slop for sustenance. Many are now on a hunger strike.

Update on Yehonatan Ovadia, rabbi detained by ICE for attending anti-Israel protest in 2023:
In his bond hearing this afternoon, DHS argued he poses a "danger" to the community (which community?). Imm judge rejected this argument, but denied bond claiming he is a "flight risk."
Dr. Badar Suri Khan was targeted for his protected speech in support of Palestinian rights last year. He is now fighting for his right to remain in this country with his American born wife and three kids. He needs pure support. Donate here: launchgood.com/v4/campaign/s…

ICE abducted Salah Sarsour for speaking out against Israel’s genocide in Gaza and now Trump is trying to deport him after nearly 30 years of calling America home.
This is an unconstitutional attack on free speech and another attempt to silence advocacy for Palestinian human rights.
Free Salah Sarsour. Abolish ICE.

This is what Israel did to Khan Younis University and all 12 universities in Gaza. It's called "scholasticide"—the systemic destruction of a society's educational system.
It's what Columbia U had students arrested for protesting. It's what they suspended and expelled students for speaking up against. It's what they banned Students for Justice in Palestine and Jewish Voices for Peace over.
One of my students was suspended for three years.
It's time to reverse the suspensions and expulsions. It's time to catch up with what the rest of the world has finally recognized - Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza for 3 years and the students tried to tell you that.
Silencing the students was and remains tacit support for scholasticide. It's time to reinstate the students as well as SJP and JVP.
Israel has abducted another Palestinian American teen- Abdalkareem Issa Ahmed Safi-from his home in the middle of the night as he was studying for his exams.
NEW: Israel snatched an American teen from his West Bank home in the middle of the night — days before his birthday & during national exams.
He's been held for 3 months with no charge.

Israel is in the process of confiscating over 300 dunums (over 75 acres) of prime Jerusalem land that belonged solely to my great grandfather in order to expand Maale Adumim, a Jewish-only colony on Palestinian land. This is not the first time these jewish supremacist thieves have taken my family's property.
This land is part of our family's heritage. It was my great grandfather's inheritance from his father, and it had been cultivated for centuries.
My father, uncle, and cousins have no say in the matter, as we are considered "absentee" owners. First they forbid us from living in our homeland, then they invoke an obscure Ottoman law meant for the state to rescue abandoned property in order to steal private land for the exclusive use of imported foreign Jews who have zero familial connection to the land, or even region.
We have a few cousins still in Palestine who are being coerced or forced into a de facto arrangement to transfer this invaluable land for pittance and none of us has the right to object.
This is yet another example of how Jewish supremacy operates on a daily basis.
I want to put here a glimpse of my great grandfather's story, shown in part of this video. He was beloved and revered in Jerusalem's el Tur village. Foreigners called him "the old man of Jerusalem." But the village just called him "Sidi," grandfather.

If only Jake Sullivan worked as hard to end the mass killing he was quite clearly facilitating as he is trying to rewrite history
Jake Sullivan had his spokesperson call into NPR *during @AkbarSAhmed's interview* to complain he was treated unfairly in Ahmed's book about how the Biden administration fathered the Gaza genocide.
Sullivan wants us to know he was in fact "working tirelessly" to help Gaza.
They should all be persona non grata everywhere they go. May the cries of the children they massacred with their vetoes and lies haunt them forever.
⭕️ NEW: Coalition Launches “Drop the Genocide 20” Pledge
A coalition of Palestinian, antiwar, and progressive groups has launched #DropTheGenocide20, a campaign opposing the return of 20 senior Biden officials they charge with “promoting, lying about, and covering up the Gaza genocide” to future Democratic administrations or influential positions at think tanks, universities, NGOs and media organizations.
The coalition includes Just Foreign Policy, the Palestinian Youth Movement, Track AIPAC, Peace Action, Democratic Socialists of America and About Face. Organizers
The pledge asks signers to oppose hiring, consulting with, promoting or granting institutional power to those listed.
