Características com as quais me identifico bastante. Obrigado Bicho ❤️

Since I woke up this morning, I've taken my time to go through the comments, quotes, and advice people have shared. Trust me, I'm going to take every single piece of advice seriously. However, there's one advice I will not take, and that's people telling me to stay away from politics and focus solely on my business. I think I responded to someone's comment suggesting that we should vote for Peter Obi, and I noticed that quite a number of people dragged me for it. But honestly, why should I be told not to talk about politics and just concentrate on my business? Who do you think put me in the situation I'm currently in? Is it not the government? I shouldn't talk about politics, but politics is talking about me. Do you understand how badly government policies have affected my business and my livelihood? I'm genuinely grateful to everyone who came through for me, but the truth is, I'm still going to bear losses. And who created the economic conditions that contributed to those losses? The government. Let me also address those who believe I made a financial mistake by opening the shop in the first place. Yes, perhaps there were things I could have done differently, but let me give you some context. My shop is strategically located between two major universities in Port Harcourt: the University of Science and Technology (UST) and Ignatius Ajuru University. These institutions have thousands of students. Do you honestly think these students don't want cookies? Why do you think I chose that location in the first place? The idea was simple: students from both universities would make up a significant part of my customer base. Interestingly, since this whole support campaign started, a good number of the people who have shown up to support me are students from these same universities. They have always been my target audience. But the problem is that the economy has destroyed their purchasing power. These students, who ordinarily would patronise my business, are now more concerned about paying school fees, feeding themselves, and meeting their basic needs. And somehow, I'm being told not to talk about politics? You're telling me to focus on my business, post my products, and leave politics alone. But why can't I do both? Why can't I promote my business and also speak about the political leadership and candidate I believe can bring about the change we desperately need? Why shouldn't I advocate for someone I believe can help change the circumstances that have made running a small business this difficult? I was fortunate that my situation gained attention and people rallied around me. But what happens the next time? Will I have to depend on a viral post before I can make meaningful sales? Is that how a business should survive? Absolutely not. I appreciate every single person who has supported me, advised me, encouraged me, and shown me love. I will take the business advice, learn from my mistakes, and make better decisions going forward. But please, don't tell me to stop talking about politics. The economy is affecting my business. Government policies are affecting my customers. The political decisions being made in this country have direct consequences on my livelihood. I cannot separate my business struggles from the politics and economic realities that contribute to them. I have every right to speak about both. PLEASE VOTE PETER OBI!!! ✌️
Please, I've got cookies in my shop that's close to expiration so I've put them for sale at 50% discount I've already lost two cartons to the same issue, there's been no sales If you're in port Harcourt I'd really appreciate if you patronise me They cost 3600 but now 1800 🙏

I know X can be toxic, but one thing we hardly talk about is how much the things we consume here can influence and reshape our thinking. I know pregnancy comes with a lot. It takes a lot from women physically, mentally and emotionally, and I'm not dismissing any of that. However, following the recent conversation about pregnancy being a death sentence, I noticed something about myself. After reading several posts, particularly those insisting that pregnancy is a death sentence, I started getting scared of pregnancy myself. At some point, I even caught myself agreeing with the narrative. And I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not the only one. Some people may not even participate in these conversations. They simply read, observe and gradually form opinions based on what they consume. I eventually asked my mum, who has experienced pregnancy and childbirth firsthand, whether pregnancy is a death sentence. Her response? "God forbid! Pregnancy can never be a death sentence in Jesus' name." I know pregnancy comes with risks. I'm not denying that, but let's also remember that almost everything we do in life comes with some level of risk. Boarding an aeroplane, driving a car, crossing a busy road, undergoing surgery and even swimming come with risks. Yet, we don't automatically describe these activities as death sentences simply because something could go wrong. The fact that something carries risks doesn't mean the worst possible outcome is inevitable. Perhaps we should pay more attention to our poor healthcare system, inadequate facilities and other factors that make pregnancy and childbirth unnecessarily dangerous for women in this country. My concern is simple: let's educate people about the risks of pregnancy without making it sound like an inevitable death sentence. You never know who is silently reading and developing a fear they never had before.

Seems you people don’t understand the level of this performance today…let me explain. He had 23 defensive contributions. The next player behind him had 10. He made 11 line-breaking passes today. Do you understand that? ELEVEN line-breaking passes! He also had the most touches in the game (90) and recorded 14 recoveries. 🤣🤣 He was dispossessed zero times in this game This is an all-timer performance from Lavia.

Your concerns are very valid as a man regarding the prostate exam using the finger, however as a doctor it will be negligence of professional duty of care for me to endorse your anxieties and say “if you want to die as a warrior”, then so be it. Contrary to recent delusional deranged opinions on this app, no competent trained doctor should ever reinforce your fears and help amplify your anxieties as a patient because they don’t want to offend your feelings with the truth. So pls my brother permit me to help address your concerns (which are valid) but hopefully I can disabuse your mind of your fears. Now to the issues you raise: There are machines that can investigate the prostate. The MRI that you mentioned is actually used to also scan the prostate. So if you absolutely do not want a finger going into your anus, you can have a prostate MRI scan done which can adequately help in understanding any medical problems that your prostate may have. Specifically regarding the prostate exam, The reason medical doctors insert a finger into your anus to check your prostate is because this is the only way for us in a clinic setting to reach your prostate and feel for the prostate to have a rough idea of what is going wrong if you have signs and symptoms of a prostate disease. If there was another way to do this exam, I promise you doctors will opt for it. Putting your fingers into someone’s anus is not exactly fun for the doctor, or for the patient. But then again, the job of a doctor is to do whatever it requires, even if it is inconvenient, to assess your problem and present a solution. For instance when we use a finger to feel the prostate through the anus, we can know if it is enlarged, if it is hard, if it is firm, if it is rough, if it is painful or if it bleeds when touched. Now depending on what we find or elicit from that examination, it can help us distinguish specifically what kind of prostate disease you have- whether this is prostate infection, prostate cancer or just harmless prostate enlargement. Some men urinate many times a day, see blood in their urine, have to strain before they can urinate, they urinate many times at night, they have to rush once they need to urinate, they notice poor flow when to urinate, or sometimes dribbling of urine at end of urination. Some or all of these symptoms if you have any of it as a man may mean prostate disease. The specific type of prostate disease will depend on other questions and the exam the doctor does for you. But if anyone reading this has any of these symptoms, pls see your doctor. Or if you know any man who has these symptoms, pls tell them to see a doctor as soon as they can. There are ways to make the finger exam less uncomfortable. The doctor should make sure they wear good gloves, use a good amount of lubricant and be very gentle. This way the whole procedure is almost pain-free. A finger exam in the anus to check the prostate should never be painful in ideal circumstances. It may be inconvenient or uncomfortable but it should never be painful or distressing. Once it gets painful then the procedure should be stopped. Anyway I hope this little writeup has been helpful and I hope this has reassured you, and allayed your fears and anxieties regarding the prostate exam. I think all men over 40 who have any urine problems should ensure they have a prostate exam done, please. It’s a simple painless procedure that can save your life. Prostate cancer is one of the highest killers of men worldwide and also in Nigeria. Please don’t choose to “die as a warrior” because you are scared of a finger going into your anus to find out early if there’s a problem with your prostate. Early diagnosis of prostate cancer saves lives. Please I beg you all, kindly educate and encourage someone around you: Thanks 🙏🏿 and please if you are a man or you have a man you care about, please retweet and share this with them.
Ex ray can see your bone MRI can see your brain Ultra sound can see a baby in the womb But no machine can run my prostate examination. Doctor will have to finger my butt to carry out the test. 😒 I am not doing please. I will rather die like a warrior than let anything go inside my yansh
