topping up my common lisp agent's @TinfoilAI inference by asking it over @whitenoisechat for a @PPQdotAI lightning invoice that i paid with @getAlby
welcome to 2026 π€ #modus #lisp

Lightning invoices are easy to generate. Helping a first-time user actually pay one is still messy.
So I built Lightning Pay Kit: an open-source React component that turns βscan this invoiceβ into a searchable, country-aware path to a wallet, app, exchange, or swap.

Love @getAlby for implementing a derivation of the Nsec from a normal Seedphrase.
You can use that with BIP85 to derive the Nostr Nsec from your main Seedphrase.
Replying to @Schnuartz
the Alby Extension does that.
it derives the nostr key when setting it up. so the backup is easy.
Find Alby Hub on MyNode.
MyNode v0.3.47 and v0.3.48 are now available β‘
- LND v0.21.3, Mempool v3.3.1, BTCPay 2.4.4
- Thunderhub v0.19.0, RTL v0.15.12

Type one sentence, get a widget, and the widget pays for its own images and speech as it uses them.
Funny #bitcoin apps are welcome.

The last KYB wall for agent commerce is gone. Agents could already BUY over L402. Now they can SELL: no Strike or OpenNode account required to receive. Any NIP-47 wallet is the settlement layer. Alby Hub, CoinOS, your own node.
Iβm honoured to speak at the Sovereignty Summit next year on behalf of @getAlby
If youβve ever wanted to visit New Zealand this is the perfect time - a bitcoin and AI conference at the peak of one of the most beautiful places on earth!
Speaker Announcement: Roland Bewick
What happens when AI agents can pay, transact and act autonomously using Bitcoin?
Weβre excited to welcome Roland Bewick to Sovereignty Summit 2027.
Roland is a builder at Alby and the development lead for Alby Hub, Albyβs self-custodial, next-generation Lightning wallet. His work also spans developer SDKs and agent-first tools for the Bitcoin Lightning Network.
A two-time BOLT FUN Lightning hackathon winner, Roland has worked on projects including Bitcoin Connect and Lightsats, and was the first in the world to create an OpenClaw that could autonomously spawn a child agent by paying for services with Bitcoin.
His work sits right at the intersection of Bitcoin, Lightning, AI and sovereign computing, exploring what becomes possible when digital agents can interact with open monetary networks without relying on traditional payment rails.
At Sovereignty Summit, Roland will bring a builderβs perspective to the Technology & Innovation pillar, exploring where Lightning, self-custody and agent-first technology are heading next.

The rails shouldnβt matter to you.
Thatβs what weβre building with TaskFuel: making it easy for you and your agents to pay across different payment protocols while abstracting away the complexity underneath.
And we still believe Bitcoin + Lightning have a strong role to play as the long-term payment rails for AI. β‘οΈ
.@getAlby is making it easier for agents to pay across different protocols without developers having to think about the rails underneath
@MaxAWebster on @TaskFuelAI, agentic payments, and why he still thinks bitcoin + Lightning are the long-term rails for AI:
