$LNTO wasn’t this .007+ like 2 days ago? How do you @LNTOholdings announce 60M shares cancelled, then add 22M before the ink dries at OTC? Doesn’t seem like the transfer agent got the cancellation memo, but definitely got the dilution memo. @FelixWallerCEO

$SNTX since opinions are rampant on these 2 stocks, mine is @javilealoficial is paying for @DSEC and @GoldenEraNews with the 119M Suntex shares (Moreno arbit payoff) and likely helping new management claw back a bunch of the $GTVH O/S. Everyone gets a guess, that’s mine. More than enough IMO.

$SNTX I still can’t find when or where in filings $GTVH paid for @DSECTexas or @GoldenEraNews. Yet, now folks are saying November will show it, doubtful IMO.

$GTVH and if the lambo dealer never paid for the car to begin with what right do they have to repo it? $SNTX @DSECTexas belonged to Leo, he was never compensated so he can put it wherever he wants at this point, IMO. Seems he’s chosen @SuntexCorp

$SNTX please show me where $GTVH paid Leo Garza the $4M for DSEC. They never did because it was spread across a 3 to 5 year term. Kinda hard to own something you never paid for. PS I meant Leo not Tony.

$SNTX from what I gather, DSEC stays with SNTX in exchange for the following. - Beverage division return to $GTVH (No payment required for that) - Preferred Control Block. - TRO dividend shares paid to clear court issues. - shareholders get 2.6B shares cancelled by M3/Prima. IMO this is reasonable exchange for DSEC. Since it belonged to Javi and Tony anyway.

$SNTX I like Donk, so I respectfully disagree. There is a big difference between receiving them and @javilealoficial cancelling them before FINRA approved their distribution. M3 may have been entitled, but gave them up for the control block. They never technically received them. M3 received something else.

$SNTX @javilealoficial I just wanted to say I understand the need to use those 30M shares to lock up the Texas land. Good Job! Especially with the $7M capital need up north to close the Royal Lakes majority ownership deal. Good Luck with it.

$NIXX Anyone know why Nixxy’s Joe Conlon has not filed the Form 3 he’s required to file for the 50K RSU’s? Be helpful if I knew who he was exactly. I’m not sold he is the guy from Hastings, although that Joe Conlon has experience in Data Center building contractor services. He was supposed to filed within 10 Biz days of 9/3 and hasn’t.

$NIXX despite the opinion of certain folks here, I’m of the opinion these shareholders likely still have a desire to see NIXXY succeed. This is in addition Mike Schmidt who probably now has 10K personal shares and the 100K RSUs he just earned upon completing his 1yr contract. DYOR, IMO NIXXY still has plenty of interested parties in a successful attempt to get a larger footing in Nakota. Varshney Capital is an interesting shareholder.
